I just placed new order on call for 6 mb unlimited pkg. Call person said dont pay installation amount to any one this installation amount will add to your first bill. But on technical person call they force me to pay installation charge to his ptcl office. Dont know what to do! Their are two statements from same company persons.i didnt pay yet. Please guide me if anyone knows the process?

Ufone franchise and billing staff is good and accomodative. But they are quiet irresponsible. We have to visot them often to get our telephone bills, because they are not provided within the due date. So you have to visit them every month to waive off the fine. Thats pathetic

Land line no given is not reachable or attended by someone.

There is something wrong with the signal, bcz we can not receive any signal in our society at all. Then we went to to office two times, and they promised us to come our location and check it tomorrow, but one month later, no body came and checked. We are angry and unsatisfied with their service and products, then made calls to them, then they once again gave us a promise, and we ask them when they can come to check, but we got the word is not tomorrow but ASAP instead.

I used landline and broadband for approximately 7 years. Like other govt or semi govt institutions, PTCL is also below avg in all aspects of services. No doubt they are the country biggest landline and broadband providers but services are good as long as it works but once there is any issues, its nightmare to get it fixed after many calls, support ticket and perhaps some exchange visits.

Provided the solution but security on gate are not following the timing and often close the gate before the mention time

The service is good and the enviorment is definte improvement over the last year. Sometines the wait is longer when they are understaffed. Paying ptcl bills/recharging is pretty effortless and the staff is always at hand to assist. You pay the bill into a machine i.e very similar to check deposit machines. For any complains regarding ptcl landline you will have to visit the old depleted building at the back which is not so good.
