Very well organized. They have followed all the SOPS except temperature analysis.Staff was cooperative and handle all the queries very politelyI bought wheelchair from them . They Have plenty of options especially for paralysed patients

Service is not so good though busy all the time. Space s not enough for customers. No sitting arrangement for waiting customer/espacially aged and weak. Staff needs more professional training.In rainy days approach is difficult and dirty water may be showered by vehicles passing around

Giving it one star cause they claim to be 24 hours open but they close around 2am and open the next morning, they shouldnt be misguiding anyone about 24hours service as in case of emergency it would waste time.
