This was society office for sale and purchase the land in Park View Housing Society main entrance and society is good but dont know the about the real estate investment about this place

This society is one of the most spacious and quiet housing societies in Lahore. Roads are wide even service roads have two lanes with a divider.The main office was a very attractive building once with nice looking garden on the front but recent expansion of the road has left it on the brink of main road with very little beauty and non existent green belt.The system here is pretty organised and the staff is very friendly.

Society is good but they are not committed...

Its societys main office for all the official matters relating to allotment, transfer of plots and for any other purpose relating to societys affair. Its Phase-I is LDA Approved through previous management namely River Edge Housing. Except River Edge Phase-I, all other plots are not approved by LDA.

Total non cooperative staff. Either no one knows or does not want to guide properly. Once you buy, they will not turn an eye to you.

Not a good place to invest money for profit.

Good place only for those who are coming here first time to get information about plots..Those who are already in installments phase are treated totally different then the new clients looking to buy plots. Reason behind all this is they are just selling files and no onground plots. Plot file owners are shunned and treated rudely when they ask about possession timeframe details.
