Being maximum users just after the warid merge with them, their services to customers become useless/trash. There is no proper quick online chat room, where you can talk to representative of jazz. They should launch online chat in their app as well as website.
Warid betrayed its customers and sold their product line to Jazz. It has been so so experience do far.

Jazz head office is very cooperative and helpful.there are 10 plus counters for help the costumers..they values their costumers. there are some specific counters for a specific help. i visited this office many times and i feel that all the staff is cooperative and always ready to help us. a person who doing his duty on reception is very kind and helpful. you just have to tell your problem and he will refer you to related counter. there is a proper parking place for bikes. at the end Ill say that they are all good and working mannerly.
One of the best Jazz experience center in town they have qualified and professional staff and its equipped with lates technology. Totally automated system. I had amazing customer service experience.

Time wasters, no concept of customer service. They need to train their front office executives so that they attend customers first and should chit chat asking themselves when there is no customer around.

Head Office of Mobilink Jazz this is. Now that when Jazz and Warid have got a merger, you can avail all of the services for both networks under one roof from here. They have about 15 counters to serve the customers. Staff here is extremely cooperative and facilitating if you are stuck in some network related issues or something else. They also offer Jazz Cash deposit/withdrawal services.

Staff was less concentrating on customers I found many of them using what’s app via their laptops zero eye contact zero welcoming behaviour zero smile and zero customer services only lady who dealt my query was ok to serve even I found staff talking each other with high voice tone in short the height of poorest customer experience. I went for product downgrade activity post to pre.

Jazz formerly known as Mobilink. I have always observed it as a busy and crowded place but it’s a well managed and comfortable office. Nicely greeted and guided at the entrance. Ambience is very pleasant, and you don’t feel bad in waiting for your number to be called up. Staff on the counter always feel fresh and ready to facilitate you. The office is secured by security guards all around. There is little parking issue that sometime you have to park on the roadside to visit them.

Nice atmosphere with lot of counter but all not operational all the time, it takes 30minutes to reach for 30second job. Some discrepancies were not solved, because they were wrongly feeded in database. They should double the counters for public and accept the customer demand for services with thumb and CNIC

Well, they need to follow one system, either token or friends.Found both in use, with friends getting preference in the long queue, waiting time for those without ‘sifarish’ 40 minutes plus.Expect Mobilink be more customer focussed at their own centre.Staff had no hesitation in saying, we handle friends or people known to us first, wow.Otherwise, actual service was quick and efficient.Hello to the senior Mobilink management. Be more proactive and monitor your staff more often.Such malpractices are an indication of weak senior management.
Good service completely satisfied but too crowded
Visited this place after about 5 years and found the place going further down in terms of professionalism and quality of services. The customer care charged me for the services and assured that my request for service is entertained. Actually it was not. It took me 3 days of follow up and calling the customer care to resolve my issue. Pthetic quality of services. Avoid and think about alternatives.
