Roads are wide as in DHA, has 2 blocks approved from LDA, rest are in process. Overall it has all the basic facilities like school, grocery store, clinic and parks. Society has its own security which is very good as i was visiting its last block closer to Ravi River and they were present even their at the end.

Great location 2 good environment everything is good Drinking water is totally filtered and high pressure no need motor/ donkey pump . sequerty system is great no agents mafia fear deals .Personally visit to park view and decide ur plane and take a relax environment and peacefully residential society .

**FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT THING BE CAREFUL THEY ARE NOT APPROVED FROM LDA** . One of the worst societies in Lahore. The society lack basic necessities like electricity, gas, internet services, and grocery stores. Electricity is too expensive about Rs. 26-27 per unit and they dont even mention the number of units you consumed on provided electricity bills. Not only electricity is expensive but there is a load shading of about 7 to 12 hours everyday. There is no gas in society so LPG cylinders is only option for you. No broadband provider and 3G 4G coverage of mobile networks is also bad in the area so virtually you dont have any reliable internet connection. The only good thing about the society is its clean roads and water supply. Beyond that its not livable place for a family in current circumstances.

A nice residential development on Multan Road. This is a gated community with security at entrances and exit points. This is also called, possibly an old name, River Edge Housing Society.Park View has many amenities including gardens with animals which are deers and South American birds. Shopping areas include groceries, tailors and hair salons for both men and women.Roads and parks are kept clean. Grass neatly cut in parks.This residential development is still being developed and possibly turn out to be a good one in future.

FRAUD, AVOID they are CHEATSI placed this review few months ago, but has been deleted since, majority of the reviews are by their own employees and agents so do not believe, this is fraud scheme AVOIDThey will make money whatever way they can biggest cheatsI purchased a plot in June 2016 Tulip Block on cash payment of Rs 40,000,00 in Park view Villa Lahore. They promised to give possession of the plot in one year and at that time asked for possession charges of Rs 100,000. Now more than 3 years have passed, and he is not giving possession of the plot and current possession charges are RS 10,00,000 by the time they will give me (if ever) it might be over Rs 20,00,000.The employees in the office are saying the plot we actually bought are not owned the land Mr Aleem khan. How can someone sell plots of a land he does not own? Is this not fraud?

I fully agree that if the management of Park View wants, they can install Sui Gas in 30 days.
