DGS/IBEX/AFFINITI/TRG, this is one of the coolest workplaces in lahore. There is heavy security at the entrance and then at the checkin counter. Workplace is pretty huge, has a huge area for visitors, cafe is pretty awesome. Fire alarms, emergency exits etc you all. There is a strict timing for interviews 4-5 pm and not any other time

They take care of HR department really well.

Its a huge building with double check security. All air conditioned. Organized and well maintained inner building and outdoors are also properly managed. There is a huge cafeteria which serves almost everything. Very friendly environment. Building is open 24/7 except Saturdays and Sundays. The road outside DGS office is in pretty bad shape. Lacas is near to DGS office. Orange train is on one end of the road.

Its an inbound call center with good salary package and lots of benefits including the chance of growth for the outstanding performers. The only skill required is the communication skills. You have to be fluent in english with good accent to get hired.

Its a call center.. now it is going heavily towards decline fall.

Its a good place to work at. The recruitment department is so unprofessional. They have no coordination. That needs to be improved. Overall very professional setup.

Their database system is very efficient and they work strictly to the SOPs of the company. That is very good.

Prestigious organization to work in! The only turn downs is that they don’t have a coffee machine!! The environment is pretty darn good! This is probably the BEST call center experience you can have.

Their is no proper parking for people who go their for interview. And the lady at the main reception was a complete bit*h. She didnt do eye contact with me while speaking to me. And mumbled something while I stand their. Then she shout at me to put your cv here and to sit down in a very harsh tone. I went their for interview in the second week of July 2018.

Very bad people. These guys are crooks and not even located in the USA, they are in Pakistan and pretend to be different local US based companies. Beware, they steal identity.

It is branch of The Resource Group, it is very good call center, i have my friend working here in night shift. Call center is totally temperature controlled especially in hot summers it feels like heaven for nine hour for the operators. They offer very good salary just TRG does. Very big parking area for car parking, there is compant transport also offered for 5000 per mnth.
