It’s a good store like any other alfatah but you need to be careful as the prices posted on the aisles are different than in their system, I have been over charged so be careful while paying the bill.

If customer service can be personified in Retail, Alfateh is an example. The benchmark they have set in services is very difficult to meet.

Al-fatah as everyone knows it by its name and range

Youre good in terms of products and prices but with the volume of sales and customers, get a larger place guys or a competitor would come and take your business. We wont mind shopping in a place where we could at least breath while shopping. And make some arrangement to have a separate elevator for your staff to port goods on your warehouse on the 5th floor, customers are waiting for ever while your staff all the time is busy moving stuff up and down. Its getting extremely annoying and Im sure a lot of shoppers feel very negative of this scenario.

If no one has it then they will! Kudos to this local brand for growing so quickly!

What sort of Management is running a store like this in DHA? Dont go to this store. Its small, congested and they are no special deals in this store.

The place is famous for quick grocery shopping. Almost all of the daily grocery items are available here. Good hygienic and tasteful fresh baked food is also available.

Store stocks all variety however the staff is most unhelpful even though too many are on hand. They keep bumping in you but do not really assist. Also, staff needs to be trained on etiquette and morality as I have observed them commenting amongst themselves on female customers. All can be fixed if manager changes lax attitude and is more active rather than being best friend

Dont know why its called LOCAL.Its smaller than most of its own branches but still covers pretty much everything of necessity

Its good for basic items. You can almost shop for all the necessary grocery items here. However, its not a replacement for the main Al-Fatah stores.Theres a single lift only and it gets crowded at times. Its small, but has many floors.

This is the only large scale grocery store in Phase6 and thats about it!Shopping here is a nightmare as the store has the worst layout, 5 floors of unplanned aisles. there is only one lift which is always busy and slow. Shopping here is extremely tiring and time consuming.Although there are three check out counters two of which are perpetually closed. as a result customers have to stand in long ques and waste time.The staff is courteous and generally helpful and that is the only positive thing here.Parking is both a mess and nightmare.

Al Fatah is best store. Quality products but rates a bit high. overall best so rating 5 star.

Rude staff and some products are bit expensive, also they dont have paper bags to carry shopping stuff

Make a decent parking area and add some more cash counters so the queue dont get long as it makes the whole place feel suffocated.

The review should be separate for each outlet. But the branches are more or less the same with few differences. The one in h block and phase 5 are best. The one in DD is also good but its so busy that most things are sold. Or you wont find particular brands or things. The one in phase 6 is useless. Well I find it useless cuz I never find the brands I want from there.
