I needed a new pair of glasses urgently - the very same day - and Optica fit in the lens for me and had the glasses ready within 6 hours!! So so happy with their service!

Great prescription and sunglasses store with awesome presentation. Most of the glasses there are made in China but still good. They also sell branded Sunglasses (original or not that’s open to debate). Prices are a bit high but that’s expected from a place located in the liberty area, you can negotiate nonetheless. They also have an eye doctor to check your vision through computerized equipment. Parking is spacious but seems to be always taken.

Im disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism at Optica.I took my 80 years old mother for her eye check. The optition was rude and abrupt. He didnt let her ask questions related to her vision.The other staff members were also uncouth in their manners.My suggestion to the owner is that if he wants to run his business in a posh area of Lahore then do hire decent, well mannered staff.The current staff is perfect for some small place or village but not for liberty.

Good collection of frames, sunglasses and watches. Originality of the brands are of a bit concern. It is better to get one from Duty Free Shop if travelling from overseas.

They charged me Rs7000 for progressive glasses but made it wrong. The centre is out and dont want to take their responsibility. Always no manager or owner to help customers. Very bad service. They just want rip off the customers. Avoid
