Their staff was good and well managed unlike other government offices and officials, and their service was quiet fast.

Sharp, quick , fabulous and fantabulous service. Category renewal took only 40min. Fee for 5year renewal is 5000, photo is taken inside pharmacy on the spot and fee is also paid inside. Opens from 9 to 5 monday to friday. Lunch break is 1 to 1.30pm.

Need a big improvement

Much improvement. Need lil bit more systematic work rather than manual. No waiting room. No proper information on call. (they dont bothered to pick call).

Unhygienic. Non Co-operative staff.Ignored SOPs of Covid-19.

Very small building, small offices, very limited seating capacity. No car parking. And manual system for renewal of category and on top of that Rs. 5000 as fee. What do they do for Rs. 5000. I mean I renewed my PEC registration, I just made online registration, made profile, uploaded pictures, uploaded photo of online paid fee (only 1000 rupees) and submitted. Card was delivered at my home.

They never attend your call no matter how many times you try or how much in need are you. Worst staff ever

We reached here around 1:05pm and they were ready to have a break. We found the staff very cooperative especially for ladies.We wait here for an hour and then related work goes done.

Staff is really rude, they don’t want to answer the call,So when i called them they pick it up and put it aside!For what they are getting paid for ?

Thy dont pick up the phone. Ill calling them for 3 days to find some information but thy dont bother to take the call even once .Im very disappointed with their services.

Worst Institute! They have mentioned a phone number for inquiries. And they dont bother to answer any phone calls. Ill have to travel 300 KM just to know status of my Permit. They charged me for mail service and want me to pick my permit by myself, so they can eat my 200 PKR as HARAM money! HARAMI PAKISTANIO BAZ AAA JAO!
