Parking is problem inside some how well, canteen is big.enough

Most of the protesters come here and block/ rush the road, which causes too much problem for general public, especially at school timings, thats why I rated 1 star, I wish this press club to be shifted near Lagore expo center for public benifit

I was there for work. Had the chance to meet the Press club representatives and conduct a training over there. The office is very old and got the old infrastructure. The place was not clean though also had a really bad odor.I wish the management can pay notice on the cleanliness.

This place is for Media person only. One thing which is actually great about this place is the food. Its so cheap that you cant even imagine. Belive me, chai costs like 10 rupee and single person food serving cost like 50-60 rupee only thats it. And also the quality of food is not bad its good.

Lahore Press Club is like a second home for the journalists of the metropolitan city, where they sit, eat best food, discuss different current affairs with colleagues, share beautiful moments of leisure with each other, attend press conferences, seminars, ceremonies and many other things.Many journalists gather here for their professional duties as its surroundings are always filled with latest news, strikes and protests and the journalists cover them. While in the evening, many journos come to enjoy their dinner and also sit late at night for recreation.Current President of Lahore Press Club is Arshad Ansari with Zahid Abid as its Secretary General. Every year, the elections are of press club are conducted and a new body takes over to run the affairs of the club.

It is official place of Lahore Press Club. It is situated in Hill of Shimla Pahari. Most of the time people gathered there and record their demands. Once I was there to Free to Mian Nawaz Sharif sb from some illegal handling and I was part of that protest. It was really great experience.

Veteran journalist Raja Aurangzeb played a major role in convincing Punjab former chief minister late Ghulam Haider Wyne to allot land for the Lahore Press Club at Shimla Pahari.In 2015, the chief minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif expressed his views about the role of journalists in society while addressing the oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected governing body of the Lahore Press Club. He said, ...the role of the journalist community was of vital importance for promoting harmony and tolerance in society for eliminating terrorism.It is also a convenient place for bringing up current issues for discussion facing journalism and news media in Pakistan. This press club is located in very bad location. If there are any protests, all the roads are closed because of the roundabout. There are five roads crossing this roundabout and all the traffic is stopped and the public is facing problems. Therefore, I appeal to the Government to remove this club from one place to another. So that the public can find rest.
