Very comfortable and wide opportunity cinema it is with great important given to the Sops of the corona virus with social distancing and sanitization given there are 9 halls in it and we are also able to book the whole hall and also we can purchase a single ticket too. With a great food court at the emporium mall.

Inexperienced and unprofessional service! Literally, the worst kind of management I have ever witnessed and had to deal with especially from the top hierarchy like the manager (asim or asif) dont explicitly remember, an uncivil and uncultured person with zero job responsibility and imprudent attitude.According to the terms and conditions, the cinema policy for a regular standard screen show is to have at least 5 people in attendance for the cinema to present the show, so I had purchased the tickets online before attending the show and when I reached the cinema they told us to wait as they were making arrangements for the show to begin. After a 20 minute wait beyond the scheduled time, the guy at the front desk tells me that they cannot start the show as they still have not met the quota for it, despite 5 of us being there. After requesting him to talk with the manager, this phony person shows up 15 minutes later and has the audacity to ask us to watch another movie which is scheduled at an hour and a half later from then. After showing him the rules and regulations and cinema policy which he should have had already known (hence the title phony) tells me to buy 2 more tickets if I wish to see the intended movie. We cannot play a show in loss What kind of absurd person would bring this argument even though cinema policy is stating something else.As a last resort, I asked for a refund to what he claimed that due to the payment of the tickets being through the website online they would not provide a refund as they do not have physical money present, whereas the cinema policy states a complete refund in case of the movie or show not being played stated on the website itself! By then I had lost the will to argue any further as it was established that this lot is a scam!!! As a loyal customer of Universal Cinemas totally disgusted with this place, never planning another visit period.

One of the better multiplexes in Lahore, generally multiplexes in Lahore has small screens and mediocre sound but the universal does not suffer from this affliction much. Seats quality is better too, overall the experience is fine.

Amazing screen and seating.

This cinema is located inside the Emporium Mall. Located on the 3rd floor, it provides ample view of the whole mall. Food area staff is fairly lackluster and the food options are slim. But the star of the show is th brilliant screen. The seats are quite alright with premium seats offering minor recliners. Overall the sound and picture quality is amazing. I recommend this cinema.

We always have a very good time here. Ambience is excellent. They have good quality of snacks. Especially they have special packages for students. For early risers they have 50% discount on tickets.Screen condition and sounds are impressive. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Emporium is best place to have fun with shopping and eating.

We tried their Gold Cinema, that has been a fantastic experience overall from entrance to the movie watching and seating. The luxury reclining chairs are a huge plus.The screen however is mounted, in gold class, very high, that’s how my rating is a four star. I had to struggle a bit watching movie with head tilted upwards, above a normal viewing angle, and I was sitting in the second row from the top, can’t imagine how difficult would this be for people sitting in the rows close to the screen.

Took one hour for parking. Missed 40 min of movie. Just after movie lifts and toilets lights were off. Very disappointing customer service.NEVER ever plan a movie near mall closing time or after closing. Should be before 4pm.Better watch movie in proper cenima not in Emporium mall

Personally I prefer the early bird showings of any movie you want to see here.. Its cheaper. And usually its less crowded. Because the theaters are small, it matters a lot which seat you sit in, and you can find the perfect seats when their is less crowd. Save the expensive movie outings for a movie you are dying to see, and then go to imax.

Always a good experience. Screens are diverse and have different sizes and all. Sound systems are epic. Worth taking the time and effort to unwind and relax there. The ticket prices are not too much and you can always get good seats if youre a little early. Staff is super helpful even in busiest of days.

The only thing that must be taken care is the rate charges of in-cinema experience. The rates are quite expensice even one 500ml bottle costs around 100 - 150. Which is 100%+ profit per item. Universal Cinema is the one of the cinema which most of the family enjoyed because of it is in the Emporium Mall Lahore.This cinema has 8-9 screens which shows different movies with good quality and sound.You can easily get the tickets on entrance of the cinema and enjoy the movie.On Saturday and Sunday only family can enter the mall no singles are allowed that days, but if you want to see a movie then buy the tickets outside the mall and can enter to watch movies.

Very big theater. Family friendly. I would not recommend getting the sofa seats as they are not much different than the other seats. I brought my two year old with me and no one had a problem with it as there were other kids and babies in the theater and the sound was loud enough that you did not get disturbed by kids talking etc. The popcorn deals are good too. Very yummy popcorn! I really enjoyed our movie and time here!

Great Environment ... Good sound quality but when public is in less amount they switch off some of their speakers inside the cinema halls .... I have tried all the 9 screens including ULTRA and GOLD . The halls are super spacious (except screen9) and and screen sizes are also good with pure 4K quality .... Watching a movie in Universal Cinemas really worth!

Ive been here multiple times and I believe the experience depends on what screen/hall youre watching the movie in. My experience on screen no. 1 was fantastic. Great sound, greater picture quality. But when I watched a movie on screen 3, colors were washed out and sound just barely audible. The sound of people eating popcorn was clearer than what the characters were saying . Anyways, both screens are categorized as ULTRA. Also make sure not to sit on the extremes even in smaller non-ultra screens. The other half goes black, becoming barely visible. Its an alright experience otherwise. :)

Its Nice Cinema. Good Screen.Ticket is cheap. For Students (350) just show your Student Valid ID Card got less price then usual. But it works only Monday to Friday 24 hour and after 5pm on Friday no student card is allowed. Its amazing Trip. You should try once.

Universal cinema schedules a show, advertises it, and then refuse to play the movie if the number of people who turn up is less than their expectations. It doesnt matter to them if the people who did turn up, left their jobs early, drove all the way, paid for parking, wasted their time. Its only money that matters to them because to them, money is more important than any principles. Just shows how a big company can have an utter lack of any integrity.Moreover, they charged Rs.1100 per person because theyd only play the movie in their Gold class. To tell you something about their so called Gold class; the seat number I was given, the recliner was out of order. So basically they charge a premium but cannot get a recliner fixed first. Coming to the audio quality of the cinema; the only reason we preferred watching Bohemian Rhapsody in cinema was because the movie is a musical experience. But forget 7.1 or even 5.1 surround sound, the sound at their Gold class cinema was stereo at best. So if you want a novie experience, heed my advise, Universal Cinema is totally not worth it!

We had a blast at Universal Cinemas Emporium Mall Lahore. The best thing was the weekday offer they had going on which allowed us to buy tickets at 350 PKR each. That was an incredible bargain and I agree a right price point at which the masses can easily afford going to the cinema more or slightly regularly. Well done Universal! The seats were good enough even though the room size was a bit small, but such places are exactly what is needed right now in the revival of cinema in Pakistan.

Was i fine experience we sit on sofa seats which were comfortable but i have also used regular one and they are also fine. Place was clean and was creating a real cinema experience sound was good.Air conditions were working fine not very much chill but as a student i enjoyed because got a chance to have student discount.
