I took my wife there on a Sunday-really convenient. Dr was friendly and the equipment was state of the art. We had to wait for 2 hours but my wifes report reflected her ailment clearly,which wasnt the case at Iqra Hospital. Highly recommend it for all types of scans!

Very Good Services. I got my Blood tests samples from Alnoor Diagnostic center. Phlebotomist was very nice and competent. Overall it was good experience with all the facilities like ultrasound, x-ray phlebotomist and latest lab staff with the team of competent doctors and staff.1

Hell - No Management - Only SifarishJust a terrible place, you will probably need to wait for 3-5 hours for just a simple ultrasound .Not because they have good number of patients but because they work on Sifarish.Pehla Sifarish dhonda, phir yaha aaay.Its just like some Government Hospital.No Management at all.Very Bad Experience

Alnoor diagnostic centre is doing an excellent job. One of the best diagnostic lab of the city. Every time We visited we have best experience, they are reliable and serving.

Pathology lab is pathetic. I had malaria but they gave a negative report. Same experience by other friends i.e. invalid results. Radiology was better once but now they have literally kids instead of trained professionals.

Most of which are not positive actually, they are really negative. I am not going to comment on those. Because I did not have to wait 3 or 4 hours for my turn to come. Nor did we have any complaint regarding attitude of the working staff as well as any of the doctors.I had to visit this clinic for a particular ultrasound. It is located on Main Shadman Road, there is ample parking space in the nearby lanes adjacent to houses. I found the clinic to be exceptionally neat & clean. The ticket number system, sound system announcing numbers & speed of the staff processing was also fine and quit crisp.Sadly, it is unreasonably expensive. One of those places where you go once only (yaani aik hee daffa apko teeka lagta hay, dobara jaanay kee himmat hee nahi hoti).The services are ULTRA EXPENSIVE - you belong to middle class, do not DARE step into this clinic! No matter what diagnostic services you need, just inquire other clinics rates and go to the most affordable one… BUT NOT HERE!!! IT is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! INSANELY EXPENSIVE! I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND any middle class family going here for ANY Sort of services! You will find AMPLE other clinics who offer similar services on half the rates.Having said that, read the rest of the reviews below also. Like I said, I am not going to comment on any of those. Some people have also negatively commented on this clinic’s CEO. God knows the truth.

Most Pathetic Service. Couldnt expect more mismanagement than what I experienced. After taking fee, they dont even guide the patients nor have assigned any priorities to the critical ones. Highly highly not recommended.........

I took my mother for an ultrasound at alnoor. It was performed by Dr Safdar malik, he nelified the previous diagnosed biopsy by other doctors. I was releasing news.I would recommend to visit once before any medical procedings

I visited last week for MRI, whole staff was cooperative, and highly Caring. As far as, technology, experience and expertise are concerned Alnoor is only trusted name in Lahore.

Minimum wait of 3 hours for a 10 min procedure. No appointments, just walk in to avoid the responsibility of having to cater patients on time. Dirty washrooms with no handwash or antiseptic soap. All this while charging premium prices

Worst experience.. went on saturday for ultrasound, non professional attitude of dr.amna.. felt like they are treating vets instead of humans.. so much in hurry.. throughout the ultrasound she was talking to the nurse n also testing in an inappropriate way.. and the nurse was even more pathetic.. she was in so much hurry that she was almost falling and slipping on the floor.. by saying do this in hurry do that.. hurry up.. doctor wants to go etc. OTHER THAN ALL OF THIS.. I went for the test because of one infection and ended up having another infection.. will never visit again..

You guys dont have professional ethics particularly for female patients.Only One Radiologist was supposed to see the female patient but 3 Drs attended along with nurses and that too without our consent.You didnt ask our permission for that purpose.That is bad.That is not what professionals do.I wonder how did you get your Sitara Imtiaz. By doing this ???I will NOT recommend any female patient specially to any male radiologist because you guys dont have privacy ethics. Why would anyone pay to you such huge amounts if one can have same environment in government hospitals for free.Bit in the end, fault was ours as we didnt know this would happen.Please improve your professional ethics Prof Safdar Malik.Otherwise we all are dumb to keep you the best radiologist in town...

Poor service. The attitude of their staff was rude. Had to wait a lot when there was no patient. The doctor was chit chatting through out with female staff while keeping us wait.They are bloody expensive, ripping off the patients.PLEASE DONT GO THERE!Such centres should be shut down immediately!

Would never ever recommend it. Unprofessional attitude of female radiologists. I mean there were only 2-3 pts before me n we had to wait 1.5 hours for a 5 min ultrasound.We could easily see n hear the delightful chit chat of female drs n could see the pts lining up.Even when i changed i had to wait 20 min before the dr could come n do a 5 min ultrasound.If they want to be professional, they should focus less on wasting time on gossips n focus on their duty.

I had a very bad experience for HSG test here. No hygiene for ultrasound. Instead of trained nurses, seemed they had little girls for assisting doctors for ultrasound. I was on appointment still I was kept waiting for hours for an ultrasound! God knows how long I waited for report to come !Later I waited 1-2 hours for HSG test. Though test was performed by under training doctor, it went fine.But they wasted my time and energy so much! Never going there again.

Its a good place for Tests. The doctors were competent. But their procedure of giving reports is very inefficient. You have to more than the time required for your reports.

They are good in their radiology skills.ButThey dont care for the time and pain of patients.My patient had to undergo biopsy.We were not given time but were told that its on first come first serve basis.We reached at 1045 hours.Doctor came at 1245 hours.Biopsy was performed at 1645 hours after about 30 patients were entertained who came after us.I think they can easily manage to facilitate patients and give proper time.But they do it on purpose to gain importance and show that they are very busy.And this was the case when our doctor was constantly pursuing them on phone.

I visited Alnoor Diagnostic Centre Shadman Lahore and found it very impressive regarding management and hygiene ... i did not have to wait for long and got my ultrasound done within an hour. its really excellent service. Wash rooms were very neat and clean.

If you want to wait for hours and be humiliated go to this place. No management, no system

They actually should have ZERO stars for their pathetic service, if you want Prof. Sardar Malik services then you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours in queue no matter how worst is your patients condition and their front desk is full of favoritism, assistants or junior doctors will give to reports will full of errors

Before I visited them with my 10 months old daughter I had an image that they are really busy so I reached there around 8.45 in the morning and got token no 1 but till 1.30 pm doctor didnt come. Might be he was sleeping or what. Very bad impression they developed in my mind. I think they must be paying heavy commission to doctors thats why they recommend patients Al Noor Diagnostic centre to their patients. We kept waiting for Dr. Professor Safdar, who had to do brain ultrasound of my daughter but he didnt come on his assigned time which was 10.30 am.Not recommended at all. I will recommend shaukat khanam labs.

There was significant wait time involved when I visited in early 2017. There was no one at reception most of the time and I heard Ill have my turn soon whenever i asked them about my prewxhedyled appointment. On the contrary, I had to wait around 2 hours before I took my wife for actual scan by a young (couole fo years experienced) doctor. I didnt go there again after that and inshallah never will.

The place very unhygienic the toilets are filthy everyone is using them chances of carrying infection increases they dont even have hand wash the sitting place un hygiene with no working AV and it smells so foul the examination beds are very dirty un hygiene with no disposable sheets and all typies of patients are examined on them staff is really incompetent

I would advice to all patients not to go to Al Noor Diagnostic Centre for any serious test. They are totally unprofessional in work and quality. They are just using it a source of money then serving the humanity.
