Very good experience. The team was communicating well. I ordered a twister among other items. Twister is not a commonly ordered thing. But manager kept telling his team from counter to prepare the twister if not prepared. Very nice experience.

Its KFC, but not a consistently good one too. Go too late and the chicken in your Zinger will be a sticky, chewy near inedible layer of skin. Also they are very poor with taking your order. The cashier without exception looks like theyd rather be somewhere else and you will often find long lines at the counter. Theres usually a whole cricket team + coaching staff number of people in the back so why cant you add another cashier?But whatever, its KFC, the food great except when very rarely its not.

Not a very clean place. Dont like it at all. Very limited space and lack of hygiene. Who says All KFCs offer the same taste.

One of the baddest experience from this branch. Even they are not capable for 1 star. I think pappu burger will be more quickly serve. This KFC branch Crew was fight with each other for taking orders. No queue no lane. I will never ever go to this KFC branch. F this all story but simply pathetic

Just okay.We ordered a takeaway in their parking, people who came after us were being served, we and some others waited 50 minutes despite them saying 10 to 15 minutes of wait time.The manager said that we are really busy and guys serving are new so they over committed, whereas I see it as poor management for 2 reasons.1. There were around 5 individuals taking orders, only 2 were enough and 3 should have been used in the kitchen.2. There was no order number, being followed. Stick to the number, if something takes times you can serve others with different order meanwhile but not if you have to take things put from our order...The food quality and taste was great, much better than McDonalds in my opinion.Improve your service.

Staff is very slow and they seriouslt dont knlw how to talk

The ambiance is very modern and sort of creative. There are two floors for the customers. Ordering counter is on the ground floor. Vast parking with no accessibility parking is so disappointing. The team I encountered were very cooperative team. The play area is still under construction yet the place is quite clean and comfortable I would like to request the management to arrange a ramp for wheelchair accessible entrance.

New Branch and in good location, no drive through but in Covid season you will wait outside in your car they will order and deliver to you on your car in parking.

When there at night after 12 , ordered a deal of 5 chicken pieces, and one bucket of hot wings.Wings are fresh, but the chicken pieces are clearly refried!!! They were brown and dry from inside. Not juicy at all. Also, fries of the deal were hard and chewy, obviously refried as well.Extremely disappointed! Is that how they deal with their customers who come late? By finishing the old stuff before closing!!

It was pathetic experience with KFC near Talwar ch0ck bahria town brach lahore, I bought two zingers, but they put crunch in zinger box, hard crust and v small in size... please check your meal when you get it in your hand. I waited 35 mins for food outside. Shaukat told me that one takeaway person took my order and now I had to wait 35 mins. Manager Usman is responsible for this

Kfc has always been a love.

Still slow service and still average quality. I am comparing Pakistan KFC quality with international KFC chain, e.g. KFC Malaysia or KFC Thailand (those countries KFC quality is simply outstanding).

Poor customer service. You need to wait for the cashier for a long time and after your bill, the cashier will ask you to pay in cash!

Everything is okay. Staff could be better, but overall its fine.

Good take facility during Covid 19. The Service boys attend customers near by their cars and handover the meals at parking slots.
