They almost separated me, a hands on dad, from my daughter as we were meant to get our cuts together. They made alternate arrangements for us, which was great. But my wife, daughter and I came here to get our hair cuts together, which couldn’t happen because of segregation issues, sadly. The cut was excellent for all three of us though - highly recommended for everyone except we’ll-knit families.

Best spa in Lahore.. the girls are polite and are great in their services.Its just that the girls at the cash till always mess up payments. They always give you less in change which is annoying. Its not a matter of 5 rs or 3 rs rather its a matter of principle. If one doesnt have change one should say so rather than just hope that the client doesnt find out. Even in totaling the final bill there always has been a difference. Every timeI visit the place either they over charge me or they dont give the small denomination change, And thats very annoying. For this reason am giving them a 3. Like I said the difference is very small but if you are doing this to everyone visiting, add up 5rs per person and that becomes a huge amount collectively. It seems more like they are tricking us by keeping the small denominations because no one notices lose change.

2015. Ruined my Japanese brides wedding dress from the front and wedding day. Lashes longer than needed. Rough and poked eyes. Didnt stick to colours for eyes of bride. European hair Dry hair style hopelessly didnt listen to instructions. No discount or apologies. No rights for customers. I followed them for appointments from cantt to gulberg re-location. Spent a huge amount on bridal party of 5 people. Will never recommend them for lack of customer care, lack of professionalism and general consumer rights.This is from a person who is a trained professional from the west with western roots. (4 +39 years field experience UK and abroad)

Ended up going here on a last minute urge after a busy Friday evening. No appointment so we were expecting a wait. Much to our surprise, we were quickly settled into the services of our choice at the level of expertise of our choice! Their services menu is huge and explains the level of expertise you require, A, A*, P among others. P is the ultimate experience courtesy their Filipino experts. The massage room was dimly lit, the way you’d want it. Nice soothing music. No needless conversation which is such a plus for me. Great experience overall, cannot wait to go again.

So far the best massage I have ever had. Go for a long stroke by Edith. She is amazing. Aramish has given attention to very minute details. The oil is not in a plastic bottle but copper cups.

Made appointment the day before for first thing Sunday. Only glitch was that they wanted a reference before making an appointment since it was my first time. Had a woman friend call and make the appointment. I assume this is to weed out the shady characters looking for shady places. Rest went very smoothly. Checked in on time. Minimal waiting. Masseuse was a Philipina. Reasonable English skills. Very professional and good massage. Will definitely be going back and want to try their other services also (facial etc). Highly recommended! On the way out I asked the receptionist if I needed another reference for next appointment and she laughed and said no, just call.

They were absolutely amazing! I wanted to get a facial done because I didnt think Id have time for a full massage but Iram gave me the most relaxing facial of my life which also included a massage. Sana was also great with the pedicure and my feet have never felt softer. Highly recommend their spa facilities.

Avoid like the plague. Worst haircut of my life. Paid for a signature stylist and got someone who couldn’t cut my hair in a straight line and didn’t have thinning scissors to blend. It’s going to take a year to grow this out. She couldn’t even layer- there’s massive chunks of hair missing. Got someone else to fix it as he just kept chopping.

As you enter one gets quite disappointed and lost with the situation and reception desk. Need to improve their consultancy and behaviour. Once you pay money half heartedly it takes few more minutes to get settled. Therapy is good 4stars environment pathetic.

I had my nikkah makeup from arammish. Makeup was done by their senior artist farri which was great and my hairstyling and dupatta setting was done by khurram. I was not satisfied with how my hair was looking and i told khuram multiple times that Im not happy with it. I dont know maybe he was overworked or what but he was completely not interested in doing something about it instead was just giving me lame excuses that the dupatta is heavy,your hair is not as thick as they should be from front and he was true about all those things but there was a reason i went there. If it would have been easy i would have done it at home. Anyhow i went to counter and told saima that Im not happy with how i look and she immediately called two other artists apparently junior but they re did my hair in few minutes exactly the way i wanted. I want to thank saima and both those junior artists(kiran and i forgot the name of other one) for saving me at the last moment and my event went well. Maybe to some extent it doesnt matter how senior or junior you are but how interested you are in making someone happy.

Extremely overrated: the staff lacks basic training, in things like how to file nails even for instance. That coupled with the patronizing attitude of management makes for a truly underwhelming experience.

Please dont go to such a horrendous and heartless place!! As a student, I scraped and saved money and bought my mother a massage gift voucher in June 2018 for Aramish Gulberg, because she was going through a lot of stress. Soon after my Moms last remaining Khala was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and not having any kids of her own, my Mom cared for her most diligently, night and day through all her trauma, pain and hospital visits and emergencies. My Mothers Khala passed away just a few weeks ago (My God Almighty grant her soul peace), and only now is she starting to get back to some semblance of a normal routine. I called Aramish and spoke with multiple people in the high management and they refuse to to even budge on their 6 month expiration of deadline. Im so profoundly saddened by their heartlessness. I dont think Ive never experienced such ruthless customer service ever.

The staff at Arammish are totally unprofessional and rather immature. They have no understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE! Unbeknown to me, the hair colouring products that they use are of sub-standard. When I called today, I was informed by the manager, Ms. Ayesha that the hair dye colour only lasts one week. NEVER in my life have I been told this. The do it yourself products last at least 20 days! Again, DO NOT WASTE your MONEY or TIME. Go somewhere else where quality products are used and the staff are professional.

My sister and i got ready for her baraat from here.They had so many bookings of the artist we had booked in a short time frame.they were prefering their regular customers although we booked three months prior to the event.Most of the staff and the manager were rude. Annd in spite of a bridal booking there was no one to put henna because all the henna girls were off duty. There were so many bookings of our artist that they called another artist for the brides makeup.NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL.We were running late for the wedding. it was the worst experience ever.had to wait for more than three hours before they even started. The makeup was low quality (maybe they did that just to us).All her make up pouring off during the event and was completely messed up by the time she got home. Wed never recommend Arammish. Dont waste your money and time here.

It is a great spa with a very economical price compared to other spas. However there could be many more improvements including the service staff that greets you when you enter.
