This is my 1st experience here and We are enjoyed food from Haveli Restaurants. I have order Mutton boneless achari Handi, Bomeless Handi, kababa Masala and Mutton Champ. All dishes are good except mutton champ. Location is good and Car Parking also available. but washroom was dirty and need to clean properly.

Ambiance is only good because of the rooftop BUT they didnt have good environment there like the setup was not good, the furniture or surroundings.Food is also not that good enough which convinced me to go that place again. Foods spice smell also didnt goes away from my hands after 24 hrs. Only Chicken Kabab was good. Rest Chicken Tawa Karahi or Chicken Tawa Piece disliked.I hope that their Food Street branch has not this same kind of taste otherwise people are only going for the rooftop or view, their food has no taste at all.

Highly disappointed. yesterday visited haveli all the way from Rawalpindi. ordered tea. first of all the served the tea 30mins late after order. when the tea served I was shocked that me and my friend served by seperate tea. it was a disposable cup with tea bag +two sachets of everyday +two sachets of sugar. when asked to supervisor over there. his attitude was very arrogant. he bashed on us that this is Lahores tradition. very ill manner person. I have a msg for that guy. bhai so pindi isb k 3rd class restaurant me be aa jao wo ap ko separate tea bhi sikha dyn gye or customer se pesh aane k tariqa bhi.

Enjoyable and silent environment. Staff is also good well dressed and cooperative. Entrance is a bit awkward as restaurant is on rooftop and customer need to use lift. However inside of the restaurant environment is delightful. Specially best option for new couples. Candle ligh type environment.

Food is too good, fresh, tasty and well prepared, excellent Rashmi kebabs. Roof top to be further improved as that is the main attraction with comfortable furniture and beautiful arrangements all around. Staff is very courteous and well behaved. Proper Bill is not provided and also without STN that is contrary to the present day FBR rulings. Restaurant administration must concentrate on this issue so that their clients must be satisfied of paying the sales tax.Thanks & Good Luck to Haveli Resturant

These guys are charging 16% GST without printing the GST no. on the printed invoice. When I asked about it, they hesitated and finally refund the GST amount deducted. But 100s of customers visit them daily and not more than 1% would be aware of this and as a result, all the GST deducted amount would go into their pockets instead of the government. So next time you visit here, please ask them for GST printed invoice. Thanks.
