It is awesome place - a pure luxury with rooftop view. They can explore ways how to make customer experience kinder/warmer.

I enjoyed the food I ordered - shrimps and sushi rice. The crab sandwiches and chicken Katso were also very good. The eggplant appetizer was great and had a very tasty sauce. Ambiance is amazing. However, serving is too small. I understand that thats how Japanese cuisine is in general but when comparing the serving to the prices, its not an affordable option to go on a regular basis. The noodles were quite bland, not recommended. Dessert was great - saffron milk cake and apple crumble are must tries! Staff is polite.

Worst food ever in Mall 1. Please stay away from it. Please dont even consider trying it.The customer service is non existent. We asked for heater came after 15 minutes. We asked for food, came after 90 minutes and taste was just ok. They gave us free desert even that wont justify average food. Very bad experience. The steaks were so bad and were served awfully cold. I ordered fillet mignon and the sauce which was supposed to add flavour was actually runny water.

One of the best Rooftop Patios in Lahore. Loved the Ambience and the Environment. Price wise this is an over expensive Restaurant however, it makes you feel like you are sitting at a very high end luxurious place. This place is lavish for hoteling. Amazing food amazing dining and atmosphere.

Great Ambience, loved the bar. Prices are definitely towards the higher end with little portion. Drinks have a lot of variety. Loved the coconut Mojito. Sofas were dirty and had stains on them.

Wagyu Beef is imported from Australia. It was good, tender and all but People who have passion of food know what they r getting and have an idea of quality they r getting from Australian Wagyu Beef. The food over all tasted very generic, but the BBQ chicken was probably the only interesting highlight of the evening, but unfortunately, that was over shadowed by the terrible service.We ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main and 1 additional side , the appetizer was was quick but everything after that took forever to arrive, and the side arrived after over 50mins of us placing the overall order.I called over the staff and asked them whats taking a simple side so long, as we were almost done with the meal and he looked confused and rushed back to the kitchen as if they forgot to add that.After that it took another 15 minutes before I was able to get a hold of another staff member; when we finally got frustrated and told them we dont need the side as there is no point in it anymore because we were done with our food 15 minutes ago, and asked for the bill, the staff said give us a minute and disappeared again and came back with the fries after avoiding us for 10minutes... again.Either they forgot to add it, or they rushed it last second but it was very frustrating and disappointing overall.

The view is great and you can have a good time when the weather is pleasant. Went there for lunch, and tried three dishes. Chicken teppenyaki, babekyu chicken, california maki. The food was surprisingly average. The babekyu chicken was probably best out of these three. The sushi was kind of a let down, Im no expert, Ive just had better sushi, youre better off ordering something else off the menu. However, I would definitely go back for the view and the lovely time I had there.

The ONE OF A KIND Party Place to be at in Lahore. Definitely recommended. Their menu pricing is definitely on the higher end and the portions are small. We had their coffee and smoothie and its was just so so soooo delicious!!

The food is average, the environment is vibrant, nice deco and excellent rooftop views to gulberg and surroundings, hence I recommend the place for drink and snacks etc.The manager Yasir on the floor was unpleasant and was overly pushy towards customers who would walk in and would take time to settle down on one of the tables, upon indicating his overbearing approach he was too argumentative in pressing himself right. I think the top management needs to put him through some training how to behave humble manners or he would put people off as he did to us.

We visited the place today, the food was very average and not for my taste buds, the ambience are great, I liked their bar and the rooftop experience it was excellent. However majority of staff is pleasant besides one of the manager who needs more training and needs to learn his ways of how to greet the customers without being intrusive.

HONEST REVIEWits all ambiance, music glamour, which is pretty awesome btw but, i did read the reviews regarding food being really tasteless and not upto the mark, and despite that, i ordered bunch of stuff, meat was not properly cooked, smelly, pretty much blant taste, and then, instant regret hit me. We were 2 ppl and my bill for just 3 dishes was 5k. So folks, think before u order, or just order drinks or snacks if u just want to enjoy the ambiance.

The place has a very posh elitist look to it... But thats about it... Food is very overpriced and just tolerable... Wouldnt go there for the food... The look is nice... Female staff at reception were unfortunately not concerned about regular customers turning up at the door and rather rudely quick to make lame excuses that the establishment was closed even though it was 1am on a Saturday and widely known that its open until 2am .we utilised the reserved parking for penthouse customers and were informed that it was open until 2am.I would NOT recommend this place to someone looking for a welcoming place to spend some time.
