I am disappointed to say that PTCLs service is very poor and a total failure in DHA Phase 6. Its been 2 years ever since I have my connection with PTCL. The service has been pathetic. Not a single time I felt my net was fast. I requested a month ago that I need to upgrade my DSL connection to VDSL through 1218. On the helpline were PTCL representative female dealing with this matter. She kept promising that whichever connection I prefer to have it shall be done. I told her that I faced an issue from their technical guy.named Faisal. Everytime this guy comes he says there isnt any support of optical fibre or VDSL coverage in our area. Why am I dealt like this? He claims that false information is given by PTCL and it is their mistake to not tell the exact information. I called PTCL and told them this. They kept me on the waiting line for 15 minutes. Such poor service that they dont care if some customer is waiting and the guy on the line kept saying Aap line per wait kare. Am I his servant that I keep waiting? There is a limit to everything. Slowest Internet, 20 year old technology used and worst customer service by any telecommunication company. Just recently in 2019 I got VDSL connection by PTCL for another portion in the house and it was accepted. Now instead things went a step ahead towards betterment. The technician and supervisor named Shabaz do nothing at all. They dont even pick calls when the internet is out of service. What sort of supervisor he is? I am so disappointed as a PTCL Customer all their bills are paid on time, but continuously they provide the worst service. No support for GPON, VDSL and no proper answer to any question I ask. Since 2 years they are dodging that Optical Fibre will be available in DHA Phase 6.After all this observation I hereby decide to cut all connection with PTCL. I will never recommend your company to anyone and tell people your service and dealing isnt professional. Your charges are high in terms of not providing the public with good internet and fulfilling their needs to watch channels which mostly are not available. Extremely low reception and variety. Many sports and entertainment channels are not present. I dont understand what age you guys are living in. Atleast if you mention Etisalat on your website be like them. Worst Internet Service in Pakistan. PTCL. Really it doesnt make you any difference of what you guys are providing.Kindly show this e-mail to CEO and Customer Care Officer.

Just waste of time its around 20 days daily i can visit this ptcl office but no one can ready to solve my issue.
Most pathetic exchange in whole of Lahore. Dont know if this comes from the top but the line men of this zone have more authority than the IT minister. They have the authority to simply disconnect the connection, drop the speed or whatever they wish and you can keep calling the complain cell where we have helpless kids who cant do anything. The complain gets closed without resolution and then you have to call again for new complain which is just waste of time again. For new connection you better have a good reference or the line man would just close the case with a report that feasibility is not available. You get the message that connection is not possible and again cant complain anyone since on complain its again the helpless kids on call and babies sitting at exchange who cant do anything against whatever report the lineman has issued. Next day you see the connection being installed in a house thats not even occupied yet, while your 10 applications have been denied since connection was not possible. Welcome to Ghazi Road exchange where the linemen rule and only thing you can do is write this long speech on google or find a good reference. I have heard that people have fixed monthly bribes to linemen who then make sure the connection works well. This department is worse than any Govt run office which now a days are much efficient. Im yet to learn whats their structure, how can a setup be so rotten as PTCL? A good case study for business students maybe. Do share your findings if you are ever able to.

Pathetic is the word that comes to me when I think about this exchange and their services. Its been 48 days since Ive placed an order and still they have not installed it. Ive called them and complained on 1218 a million times. Seems like they have no authority, only the real authority is with the linesman. Who always tells me that hell visit tomorrow but that tomorrow hasnt came from the last 40 days.

They still have wire lines instead of Fibre. Their focus is only profit but not improving the system. Their broadband speed is very slow. You dont get what you pay for. By this they are robbing from the customers billions of rupees every year. I hope chief Justice of Pakistan takes notice of this.

Complain registered for last three weeks nor rectified #89. In return at least three automated calls are send out to verify if the problem has been resolved. Call center rep is as helpless as the system. No line man or responsible person will ever call you. To avoid such auto calls one has no choice but to compromise and surrender to their will so that they get off your back.
