Last month i went to state life insurance office located at jain mandir near old anarkali and opposite to food street and ghanta ghar their parking was so much good and free of cost i met a kind hearted state life insurance agent who guided me everything clearly and frankly must visit if u want to do a life insurance of you or your family, and this is why i rated five stars.

Good Cooperative Staff, specially the security guard guy who helped me a lot about whole procedure because it was my first visit.Counter staff was also appreciative.

Please its humbly requested to all visitors (comming for premium payments).please follow covid19 SOP.keep distance keep yourself properly covered.we must take care of our self. as we have done by becoming a member of this institute. our dear ones need us.

Saddened to see such an over crowded, unmanaged and not well-kept place.I went to surrender my policies and I was told that SIRRENDER DEPT is closed and will open after 20 days. And Ive to first century to collect a piece for paper. Then come again to discuss and initiate the process. To let it straight. Its a way of delaying by 3 months.

Surprised to see hustle and bustle during night time on a Sunday in a State run corporation. Upon interaction I came to know that they are spending nights to complete the end of year targets.

Harrowing experience. So much rush.

Typical public workers. They give no guidance to the payment procedure. Had to wait in line 3 times due to misguidance by staff.
