A cool place nice....ice cream...but only few options...

A great place to dine with family and friends.. Especially on a cloudy day, this is the place to be.Breathtaking views and lovely restaurant . Food was excessively burning hot spicy. Service was slow and I wish that they had continuous live music instead of bits here and there and then a long break.

Blend of style and elegance in Ice Cream

Today I visited your magnum store in Z sector DHA and boy was I disappointed big time. The staff so discourteous and totally unhelpful, unable to follow simple instructions.I did not want anything on my magnum bar only milk chocolate n they deliberately kept on putting different toppings that I would like it! When I kept on telling them that I dont want any topping, they kept on saying that we have charged u for it! Ofcourse I know what I paid for but I have a right to get the ice cream the way that I want!Please train ur staff, only making them wear jeans n a t-shirt does not mean they are qualified for customer services.Not going there again as staff kept us waiting for 5-10 min as their talking amongst themselves was obviously more important than serving the customers!
