I have had better experiences here. It seems their service gets bad when entertaining large crowds at the outlet. Most of the flavours were not available or were almost out. Two of the main chocolate flavours were not available either!

The desserts here are delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. I went there yesterday with friends to try this place out. We took advantage of the deal that if you buy 2 scoops, you would get one free. Keep in mind though, that this deal only happens on Tuesday. I would recommend getting the cotton candy and the worlds best chocolate. But, its too damn expensive. I just dont want to spend 500 rupees on two scoops. Sure, Ill give 350 rupees but 500 is too much. Will come back to try it again if they lower their prices.

Good staff. Should try their dark chocolate variety, really rich and good. Must try. Tuesdays have a good deal aswel.

Baskin Robbins provides you the best ice cream of town, this is is basically imported ice cream so its simply the best.Every Flavor is good must try their all time favorite and one of the best is Base Ball Nuts, on the second place its a Strawberry Cheese Cake.Must try their Shakes these are Highly recommended as well.

Only going there on Tuesdays to get a free scoop with a double scoop ice cream.

I am re editing my original 5 star review. Their quality of service dropped like a brick. They haven’t had chocolate peanut butter in stock for 2 months. They sell chocolate chip as cookies and cream which is a big difference. Chocolate chip has chocolate chips with vanilla ice cream. Cookies and cream are Oreo cookies with cream flavored ice cream. The serving size has become smaller. And the ice cream is no longer fresh. I have been having BR since I was a baby in the US. This is a lame excuse for the brand. And all locations are not as good as they were when they first launched.
