This place is quite good for bachelors, but u have to consider few things before coming here,• Two types of room 3 seater(15000) and 2 seater (11000), and believe me, rooms are exact size of what it say like 3 seater . You cant put 4th matress in it,• wifi is not free you have to pay.• parking is not free. 500 monthly• its on the main road jail road, so you will not get a feel like living in residential area, its ways tooooo boring .• Electricity is not free.• Room includes: Ac , Tv , Small kitchen and attach bathroom.I must say it is best for the bachelors who do jobs, not for the students, it can be for those who can afford monthly expense of 20000 to 25000.

Its a pretty good place for living. A single room for 17000 which includes Tv, small Fridge, a small kitchen space, Parking charges and attaced bath. Two or three people can live in one room. It has a great under ground parking space. Electricity bill is on you.

Premium price for not so premium experience. They do NOT provide refrigerator idk why everyone wrote that. Biased obviously. Ac , and a television not much better than your smartphone and thats it. Sure attached washrooms are there but that is a basic and not an exceptional feature.

A good place for botha job holders n students to live in.have all kinf of facilities. AC, T.v, Fridge, attached washrooms.most amazing thing i found is the safity.have own parking place.

Relatively costly than the value of money it is providing. U have to pay separately for cable services, parking, and room cleaning. No good food places near by. They charge premium rent due to AC but no change in rent for winter season. Overall it is an okay place till u find a better one.

Well managed but a little bit costly

Its an ideal place for bachelors-students or job holders-to live for a short or long period. The rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and a little space for kitchen. There is a parking space in the basement as well. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, A.C and a television.

Good hostel provide some good facilities like AC, Refrigerator, Tv a small kitchen ....rooms are furnished but rent is quite higher than others....almost Rs 13,000 without Electricity bill....Mess is also available of averge Quality Meal....

Its cafe is amazing in this area. It offers clean food with a home like taste.Do visit its canteen if you are in the area.
