Worst experience! Their staff has the worst attitude towards every patient and families, they are careless and arrogant. If you want your loved ones die early take them to Evercare Hospital.Would be more better calling it Nevercare Hospital cause they never care.

Evercare Hospital is one the best Private Hospitals in Lahore city.It offers all types of facilities in a very extremely clean and tidy environment.There are also special private rooms for Corona or COVID-19 patients.It is also mangaed very well and the building is also new. One can have all type of his problems addressed here.

Just got back from this hospital, it was my second visit, i came back due to my first visit but this time disappointed to my core, the doctor or staff in emergency was so rude and totally lacking empathy, i was there with my wife as her antibiotic was due at 8am, bit they totally denied to give her injection, but in the end they were kind enough to pass canula upon several requests, in the end the humble staff from liaquat hospital helped us, I understand that you have got policies in place but please be humble and professional doesnt matter if you are denying someone something.

ER had only one other patient and yet we were made to sit and wait for Nebulizer and were suggested chest xray ( unnecessary apparently). The staff kept on asking each who was attending this patient No body was looking at the paperwork. They just had a senior Covid patient brought to the room and guess what no one was bothered to keep them away from others.Upon enquiry we were told they were waiting for meds to arrive from the in house pharmacy.Meanwhile they had some repairs going on right in the center of the ER.Wonder how people gave 4 and 5 stars.Poor, pathetic

Doctors assistants are highly unprofessional here. They don’t let u get to the reception for payment rather they try to extort money from u for themselves by offering discount and saying that they’ll pay at the reception themselves. I had such experience today. If the administration is interested in knowing that who was that person they can contact me directly.

One of the best hospital of Lahore. The cost of treatment is reasonable. Professional doctors and staff with care. The canteen rates are very cheap. Just visit once you will note the difference. The service staff never demand tips. Much satisfied...

Visited internal medicine, I was in a bad condition as I was having allergic reaction with a medicine and he did not have a clue about this and keep on giving me same medicine. Finally I visited another dr and he figured out this problem in 5 seconds just by looking at my eyes and listening to my problems.

I had very bad experience of my father’s operate in this hospital.Don’t look at the big building , inside it’s a business shop who will try to make more and more extra bills unnecessarily and you will have no choice because you have to listen to doctor.My father had TURP by Dr. Muzamil Tahir and before operate he explained that it will be normal procedure through urine area only without any major surgery , but after operate my father’s condition was unstable for many days and during that we came to know this unprofessional doctor actually did procedure through major surgery without informing us. When I argued with him he gave many explanations to cover himself. Moreover we could have bear this , but the actual problem of my father was also not resolved and my father still had his urine problem , and when I asked doctor what to do now , he simply said don’t worry we will do another procedure to make urine more better. How unprofessional and pathetic hospital. I argued with him and he showed more attitude.He had many reasons to explain which I don’t believe. How unsatisfactory and bad the hospital management. No one bother to listen to you and no one even ask for patients feedback about doctor and hospital , they kept my father in icu and private room for extra days and repeat same tests everyday and put extra doctors visits which were not even required. It’s a waste of all your money without any proper recovery , if you are not any MPA MNA , then don’t go here.

They extort money and when patients family is unable to pay further they end up killing off the patient, this hospital along with the doctors working here need to be held accountable and should be investigated for malpractice.

We have done few tests in evercare hospital but unfortunately when we called for the reports on the given mobile number(no availability of landline on google or on website), the response was worse, lot of time not picking call and even when picked not responded like a professional hospital.

Utterly a disaster in medicine, doctors are clueless, staff isnt trained and yeah building is impressive that catches your attention.A shop indeed full of snitches.

Poor customer service even in the private room, AC isnt working at all, Plugs dont have electricity in it.Should avoid it at any cost.
