The Lahore stores are highly understocked. Everytime I go to buy something, I have to buy something entirely different because there is a stockout (even the subohm coils) and if such products will become available they will not arrive for another month. Lahore branches are a destroying the goodwill of Artisan Vapor.Also the sales man (not the glasses wala boy) at Johar Town branch is not cooperative and always in a hurry and doesnt help choosing any good flavors and 2 times I ended up buying the flavor which I dont even vape after a couple of refills and they just go to the dustbin.

They are at a good mission of helping smokers quit this life threatening habit of smoking cigarettes. You may find here from starter vaping mods or e-cigarettes to advanced ones. They offer all imported and local e-juices or liquids. The staff is really good and nice to each customer. A highly recommended place for smokers who want to quit.

They are often out of testers for e liquid. Might try to sell sometimes what they want to sell rather understanding what you need. Otherwise its a standard artisan store

Good shop.Have variety of e-juices. But they don’t have good range of mods, atomisers and their accessories.The receptionist is welcoming and cooperates with the customers in buying a good e-juice. Cooperation in a sense that if he doesn’t have a tester for a juice, then he will open a new one for you to test it. And he will never ask you to buy it because it is opened for you. This is unlike other vape shops.Another point of concern is that they have different range online as compared to shop. The item which will be available online, mostly you can’t find it at the shop. Pretty bad experience, went for a cup of coffee and they refused to serve coffee, I was told its a coffee shop. Shocked to hear they didnt have coffee. The staff at their Gulberg branch was very helpful and explained the product well, resulting in sales.

Dha Branch are selling very expensive products than others. I wanted to buy an eleaf battery. I knew its price was around 6k but they were selling it at 8.5k. Viewers please dont visit this branch. Its my luck that coincidently I went to their other outlet the same day knowing the real selling price from gulberg branch.

Amazing experience at this gem in a cornered location in Gulberg lahore. Vape scene is getting traction in Pakistan but i didnt know that people are seriously taking it up as a business and to the level i have experience abroad. Great customer service and attention to detail, They had the latest and the greatest of all the products and liquids. You dont need to go to US, UK or anywhere for that matter. You can get everything right here in the your beloved Lahore. 5 star and a plus for taking the initiative and havign such professional and beautifully decorated location.
