I train in flex GYM. Ustad Maqsood is a very good trainer. And the GYM environments very comfortable.

Very rushy gym the owner is mr pakistan 2005 . Environment is friendly. Machines are in good condition

Used to train here back in 2010-2012 ... had seen just on floor where Mr.Maqsood has his office... Afterwards the upper floor gym was created as well ... initially it was made for ladies, but due to lack of females it was later open for men as usual ... The machines are sturdy so you can use them daily ... At my time, the ideal time to go was after 8:00 A.M in morning and after 3:00 P.M in afternoon.Early morning and late evening were the busiest.

Its a very fabulous gym. If u want to earn higher effenciency of ur body then thats the perfect choice.

Air ventilation is good. Coach is good and friendly.Lighting is good and machines are well oiled.

Not a very bad place to go and workout there because every type of exercising equipment is available there. The owner plus trainor of the gym was a champion of his time so he has a good knowledge of exercising and body building techniques. If you are a gym freak definitely try this one out. You wont be disappointed and a big thumbs a place like this!
