Poor customer service. I ordered one of their waiter after 30 minutes i asked him, where is my order? He said that you have to place your order in counter. I argued you can tell me this before 30 minutes. And the story continues..... even the shop owner didnt compensate not interested in customer service.

Also youve to go and order at the counter, they dont come and take your order anymore. My first experience with Saddam Burger is on 23-09-2020 at 10pm . I ordered a chicken burger that cost me only 150 rupees. The burger is light to digest and with sauce it taste way better than other ones. I rate Saddam Burger to 4.3 especially when you are budget conscious.

I have an unnatural thing for fried egg in a sandwich. While returning from work at 2am I was looking for something to eat. Stumbled upon this road side place named Saddam Burger. They have this double anda chicken club sandwich and masala fries which have 4 different kinds of masalas, all for 260. It was brilliant.Saddam in his early 30s hails from a family who came to Pakistan from Bangladesh looking for a better life. His father says at that time Pakistan was Dubai to us. Saddam started from a road side stand selling anda shami burgers and fries. He now owns 3 fast food outlets in various parts of Lahore with about 15 different kinds of burgers and sandwiches on the menu. Hard work pays.
