Drink was served without a lid with an excuse “we are out of lids” + the straw served was not paper wrapped, open straw handed over to me with contaminated hands, health hazard. Burger was served without fries and was asked to wait long. while waiting, sweeper was moping floor adding floor cleaner fumes to food.

They gave me burger with expired meat. I complained, then they replace with long chicken burger.

Simply delicious, friendly staff and neat, attracting atmosphere in emporium.

Whenever it comes to having burgers, Burger King is always in the initial few options. Tried it in the emporium mall franchise and the experience was just so so. They have stopped adding turkey strips in the Beef Steakhouse which is a huge turnoff.

Like to visit Burger King however not at Emporium Mall. Kids love to visit one in Johar Town that has good play area and cool place.

Last night i ordered your 2 deals. And before ordering i clearly asked that whether you deliver in mustafa town or not and he said yes we deliver and your order will be delivered after 30 min. After an hour he called us and refused to deliver. Atleast he should have told us before so that we would arrange something else. And just because of his irresponsibilty our guests returned hungry. Poor quality service.

If i were to choose the worst burger joint ever, burger king at emporium would be a clear winner! An unsavoury piece of meat chucked into the burger buns with some stale tomatoes, onions, lettuce and a rancid sauce. I have serious concerns about the quality of food products used at this outlet. Never visiting again!
