Terrible Experience!The parlour is congested; it felt suffocating with several clients in an extremely small space. Theres a long list of complaints I had.The Makeup artists were non-cooperative. My teenage sister requested a soft makeup, instead they gave her droopy eyes, a horrible haristyle and an unnecessary dramatic look for a young teenage girl.Not worth the price.

They’ve dolled me up twice and I’ve loved it both times. I wish they went a little easier on the pocket though.

I got ready from ZG on my nikkah by their senior artist named Nadia. All of the employees were least interested in what the bride wants and do what they are taught( which is only one kind of look) they do not consider that one look cannot go for every kind of face shape and skin type.They are just there to rob the clients. A Very good place for excellent makeup at good budget price, both Mrs. Zara and senior artist are very very good and professional. One needs to be really patient as the staff takes lot of time and delay, but overall it was amazing work done for makeup , hair styling, other beauty services and henna.Look for danish for henna, he is very good.Look for nadia senior makeup artist, for touchup and makeup she is perfectLook for madiha for guidance, she is very perfect.Look for zara gul herself for your big day.

I had my mehandi and bridal makeup done from them. Was not satisfied at all. Charged extra for everything like mehandi application, extensions and flowers. Zara herself was an arrogant lady, don’t even meet to her clients. The two girls at the desk were so rude and horrible.The girl, shumaila (i guess that was her name) did my makeup, she was a nice girl but i think she was an amateur or new to makeup. She did so many things wrong.Overall experience was not so good, I expected much more better because their they charge alot.

Sorry..know nothing about their quality.. was there just to pick up the bride....however the surroundings are good peaceful with spacious car parking.

I got my nikah makeup done from ZG-senior artist.and it was the biggest mistake of my life. No contouring, no knowledge about suitable contouring techniques according to face shape. They made my face look chubby and puffed. Everybody at the event disliked the makeup. I had to ask multiple times for various things like nose contour, makeup fixing spray at the end and the kind of lipstick shade i wanted. The environment was not at all satisfying and they do not prioritize bride’s satisfaction. Above all, the curls were opened n hair were all messy just after two hours of the event. ZG just ruined the biggest day of my life.worst customer service. Unfriendly staff. Just dont fall for the name and dont waste your money. The makeup used was of local and cheap quality too.Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Considering the charge for service salon is small. However on both my visits , the artists there were pleasant and friendly and they did a fantastic job on my make up. On my second visit I had booked party makeup with Zara. My base was done by another senior artist and Zara did the eyes and rest of my face. I knew exactly what I wanted but not only did Zara rush me when I was explaining, but also added dark shadow to my eyes which I specifically did not want. At the end the makeup turned out great and I still got lots of compliments. Just not exactly what I wanted ...so go at your own discretion, depends on how specific you are

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the wedding got postponed and even on a prior notice of 2 months, when we asked them to move the date for us, they refused to give another date for the event and literally refused to give back the advance payment. Zara gul herself refused to cater her clients and shut the door. Whereas she was all nice and sweet when they were getting paid. Really bad customer service , rude staff and extremely unprofessional and rude owners. Will not recommend at all . Kindly save your money and energy and go to professional makeup artists. Paying a fortune of your halal income to these newbies and getting worse customer service in return.

A very humiliating and devastating experience happened recently at Zara gul.I heard a lot of the famous Zara gul studios therefore wanted to go there for my brothers walima.I called number of beauty salons and it was only Zara Gul’s receptionist who told me to come and they will do my makeup on time (as time was the preference).I went there exactly at what they gave me the appointment for.I waited and waited but no one was attending me .They took the money in advance and I was left with no choice to walk away.I was required to be free by 6:00pm whereas it was 5:35pm when I headed back to the receptionist after waiting there for one and half hr.I enquired about my turn and guess what she said....A usual answer.“You take a seat and the beautician will be with you very shortly.”I asked her “how is that possible if your beautician makes me ready by 6:00 pm?”Guess what she said... I mean it was hilarious.She said “coz they have skills”Being a makeup artist myself I was shocked, devastated and surprised that how com liars running’s salon.I didn’t say anything and sat on my chair with patience.A lady then came after 15 minutes and asked me to come and sit on a chair as she was supposed to do my cleansing ( just to kill time).She did my cleansing and started applying foundation on my face with an already used sponge.I broke my silence and enquired about the practice of hygiene of using a dirty sponge.She had nothing to say and got confused and got me another sponge.At the back of my mind I was like y even I am paying for what I am not getting.Such a tiny studio with bad attitude of staff and unhygienic utensils, to be used on others like animals.In short I got free at 7:00 pm and had a worst experience ever.The only reason for going there and not doing my makeup by myself was lack of time and to accompany my bhabhi who went to a nearby salon for a walima makeup and I was left by all this trauma.

Arrogant rude unhygienic disorganised...poor service and cheap makeup with absolutely no expertise. Maybe Zara is better but staff is worthless.Unfortunately Zara herself is never there to supervise. Such arrogance
