Went for CNIC renewal. Excellent Service, even greater experience. Courteous and helpful staff. WE WERE IN AND OUT OF THE CENTRE IN 15 MINUTES. The only issue is the wheelchair ramp in the entrance. Its in the centre of the entrance and saw 2 elderly people slipping off it.

Excellent service. Good place Ive been here 3-4 times to renew the Cnic of my dad and mother. Im giving a 3 star because when there are women on the counters everything becomes very very slow. The ladies are not organized and extremely slow. Do not come the day women are on the counter.

Got my id card on time. Good service but definitely could be improved. Executive offices are supposed to be more efficient. But this is a government office so who cares. Need to improve their sitting area as well because it feels congested. There are other branches in DHA phase 1 if youre feeling frustrated with this one.

Best NADRA center Ive ever visited. And I have been there 3 times now for different purposes and every time Ive found them very professional, friendly and helping. Its quite far from my place but I always go there because of the experience and comfort. Such a nice team they have there.

Staff is very cooperative even though they get tons of stupid people asking them questions. Its better to get there before they open. You can just walk right in and your token number gets called up. All in all a good service to have close to your house

Nadra is also responsible to issuing the computerized national identity cards to the citizens of Pakistan, maintaining their sensitive informational upgraded in the government databases, and securing national identities of the citizens of Pakistan from being stolen and theft.[3][4] It is one of the largest government database institution, employing more than 11,000 people in more than 800 domestic offices and five international offices.[5] It also claims to hold the record for maintaining the largest biometric database of citizens in the world.[6]Codified by the Second Amendment, §30 of the Constitution of Pakistan in 2000, the constitution grants powers to NADRA to enact civil registration and sensitive databases of Pakistans citizens; all databases are kept in extreme secrecy and security to ensure the safety of its citizens databases. As of 2018, it is directed and headed by Usman Yousaf Mobin who was Chief Technology Officer of NADRA and now appointed as the Chairman.

I have been sitting here for more than 2 hours... and only 2 counters are working and the slowest people working... no discipline of token number, they entertain anyone out of token series on favouritism... if its there own person the computer system is active and everything goes fine else they will take atleast 30 min per person... i dont know whats the purpose of executive centre... workers here are as slow as in other nadra offices... people sitting in headquarters should take notice else stop bragging about improvement in system... its same as it was since ages...Thanks

Behaviour and attitude is not there in this office. Ladies working donot know ABC about customer satisfaction. They are rude and sitting in government office to collect paycheck. Even the Head Macho guy there was not helpful. They must wear a name tag in there neck so that review of employees is transparent. Customers are treated badly.

Extremely battameez (rude, arrogant) staff. they are not helping people, they are just sitting there to enjoy the sufferings of poor people who come here and pay 2500 Rs. to get some relief on a govt office... i would have shoot the lady who refused to every thing i requested her.. she was the worst lady i have ever seen. she even refuse to take a print of my spouse ID and asked me to come back next day.. what a hell face of my beloved PAKISTAN... bullshhhh.....t

Garden of Life Vitamin Code Multi-vitamin for men is excellent.So too is their Primal Defense probiotic with Homeostatic Soil Organisms.I no longer take the Primal Defense because the Vitamin Code also has probiotics which suffice. I only take Vitamin Code and Astaxanthin.vegetarian, zero prescriptions. Dr. says “keep doing what you’re doing”

Very crowded and waiting too much time at two different step. First at after receive pre token from machine and wait approx 3-4 hour for your next actual token number the you wait more then 1-2 hour for your data entry step.
