This branch caters local residents for CNIC and passport related matters. It is situated in quite rushy, conjugated and thickly populated area. Its batter to come in early hours to avoid rush and inconvenience.

I apply for job in nadra office

Staff at 1st floor office was quite cooperative. They guided me well and their behaviour was friendly.Card delivery system is not commendable. It has to be improved.

Process is good and staff was helpful...the guy giving out the token was rude and arrogant...also there is no space for car parking....only for bikes...they should provide that..!!!!

Staff is unfriendly as supervisor dont have firm control over her jurisdiction. Thus, one should better go to Shimla center of NADRA

A very good place for public service ️

Need to improve staff ,atmosphere. Area of sitting. Not so good ........ i think govt have to improve all nadra center because we feel no consumer right in public sector specially nadra office it is very very necessary to improve sitting capacity staff capacity area of all nadra office
