Good food quality, no doubt about that. However, portion size is ridiculously small. A whole roasted chicken wont even be 1 kg, probably was half a kg. Also, prices are way too high and service is slow - waiters dont coordinate well and arent trained properly. I feel they copied their flavours from Gourmet as well (sabzi, chicken all tasted the same as Gourmet restaurant).

The Place Restaurant located inside Defence Raya Golf Club is a nice and realxing place to spend time with family and friends. The food is really nice and tastes good, while the ambiance is good as well. Customer services is also a factor which gives a positive attitude of the people working there.

Great food. Hospitable staff. Their buffets are very tasty and the ambiance is really relaxing. The only thing they could improve on is their table service as not many waiters attend and one has to call out to get their attention. The other thing you would need to know is that they are really strict on their dress code. Formal and semi casual are allowed while sportswear is strictly not allowed.

Welcome to paradise aka “The Place. Hi, I am foodie Taha and I am here to review a restaurant called “The Place”. I have heard of this restaurant before as I used to go swimming in a club called Defence Raya. “The Place” is located in Defence Raya. When I discovered that there is a Restaurant in Defence Raya, I immediately wanted to go because every other aspect of the club is perfect. I knew that the food would be good so the next day I decided to eat at the restaurant.It was evening and the sun was shining brightly. I arrived at Defence Raya and from the outside, it looked wonderful. From the outside, the restaurant also looked very good and when I arrived inside, I saw the counter and behind the counter was the kitchen which was hidden behind the wall. After I walked some more, I saw some tables and chairs and for entertainment, television was located in some places. I walked some more and I saw a lot of tables and chairs and windows. When I went to look outside the windows, I was stunned as I saw a beautiful golf course. It was full of greenery, and I saw a lot of trees. It was just beautiful. It was an amazing view, so IThe picture was taken by Muhammad Waleed Sadiq.chose to sit beside the window so I can enjoy the view of the golf course. The seats were very comfortable. Where I was sitting, there were beautiful paintings in front of me which made the restaurant more appealing. Relaxing music was also being played and it cooled me down a bit. In front of me, all kinds of utensils were arranged in an orderly fashion.The waiter came and gave me the menu. After looking through the menu a bit, I decided what I wanted to order, so I signalled the waiter to come and take my order. I ordered a chicken burger and fries. The waiter went away and after a while, he cameback and asked how my day was going which I think was pretty nice. All of the waiters were very nice.The food did not take that long to arrive and when it arrived, I went to the washroom to clean my hands. The washroom was very clean and smelled very nice. Then I came back and ate my burger. The chicken in the burger was very delicious. The burger was not very good, but it was okay. The waiter did not bring ketchup with the fries, so I told him to bring the ketchup but for some reason, it took 10 minutes for it to come which I think should not happen but I let it pass. The fries were very delicious combined with the ketchup. The waiter asked me if I wanted a cold drink, I said no because I was not in the mood but I changed my mind a while later so I ordered Fanta but it took 15 minutes for it to arrive. I did not like that the ketchup and Fanta took so long to come.Overall, going to “The Place” was a good experience and I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. The food was very delicious, The view was amazing and the customer service was awesome. The only downside to the restaurant is that service might not be as fast as you would expect it to be.

The food taste is awesome, portion size is ok for females, for males order an extra dish. The service is a bit slow however they serve with a smile. Good time for dinner is at 8

This is a restaurant inside the accommodation of a hotel inside a golf course in Lahore, Pakistan. When you need inexpensive accommodation for golfing and take a cost breakfast, this place is it. Very nice and clean restaurant.

Worst phone service so better not rely on their home delivery promise because either they don’t pick the phone or if they do timing is not going to be the one promised to you. So better go and get it or order your food stifffrom someone else

Basically everything there was outclass but it,wss not that much worthy. What we have paid. I booked it for 30 people and i paid 50K for it. Foe no specific reason.Secondly, thosw who have memberships or related to pak army can go and enjoy there why not us? Why not simple people like us. We should let everyone stand by our side. Stop judging. Stop comparing. Everyonw has his her own life. Let people live.

Unfair dress code for people wearing Pakistani Dress in summer. People can wear jeans but not Pakistani Shalwar Qameez unless they wear a waist coat in scorching hot weather. They are required to wear formal shoes and don’t allow Peshawri chappal which is part of traditional Pakistani Dress.On a positive note, the food is at a reasonable price.
