A superb club in the Defence Housing. You can enjoy the golf, food, swimming, cards and lot of other facilities. You can have a calm and executive life style here. The staff is very hospitable and generous. The golf course is so lush and green. The facilities are offered to the members only. The coffe taste is great.

A very fancy/modern country club with state of the art facilities like gaming room, indoors swimming with controlled temps, spas and many other facilities, the thing I liked was that it was clean well maintained has a cinema too and the thing I disliked is the crowd over there from which I mean over rich/show off people who just stare at you if you dont have an latest iPhone or you are getting out of a low end car and not a etc. Other then that its a pretty decent club worth getting the membership though.

Heaven for golfers. 18 hole golf course. Good coffee area , golfers lounge and splendid pro shop. My favorite about place is the approach and organized caddies.

Very clean. Felt like I was in a five star hotel. Has a cinestar in the hotel. Spa and good food. Staff super courteous and above all rooms are spacious and clean.

Great facilities but really really bad with customer service. They are very old fashioned, still heavily rely on forms and having to come to the office if you even need the slightest of assistance.Their staff never gives out ANY email or phone number, which is sad because in the end after paying so much, you’re left pretty much on your own and helpless. I think the management needs to be a little more efficient and effective! Feels rusted.4/5 only because I enjoy the equipment, waiters and receptionists are very sweet and responsive! (I wish they were in charge of the higher management instead)

Defence Raya | Roof Top Dinner Buffet——————————————————We got the opportunity to visit Defence Raya Club’s Roof Top Restaurant on this New Year’s Eve.The Club itself is a marvellous place to visit with such an exclusive Building, Grand Interior, Beautiful Architecture and a Big roof Top Restaurant to enjoy cold Weather.Coming to this Specific Dinner Buffet for the new Year Celebrations, it was not worth 2000/-+tax. My initial reaction on arriving to the Buffet Section was that tonight will be a great fun. 50+ dishes which included Desi, Chinese, Sea Food, Salads, deserts and much much more. But food was very Cold, Mutton was not good, Prawns although very good but were short . Sushi was great. Overall it was not as expected. Also worth mentioning thing is that their Head Chef was guarding the prawns and only allowing 2 prawns per person In the end they also charged 100/- per Cup of Cold Pink Tea.Ambiance: 10/10Food: 4/10Value for Money: 3/10

One of the best clubs in Pakistan and definitely the best in Northern Pakistan. State of the art facilities available with a modern architecture. Gym, spa, swimming pool, kids play area, beautiful golf course, a range of dining facilities, other indoor sports and probably everything tvat one can ask for can be found here. It also has good guestrooms available. Membership is required to avail this club and strict dress code is also observed

My experience at this club was horrible. The staff are uneducated and not trained. They have no idea how to run a golf club. Not recommended for single golfers or groups of two, especially on the weekends. They promised me to pair with a duo. The starter was nowhere to be found around my tee time. They messed up my first tee time and then promised to put me on with another group in 30 mins. They messed up that too. Any other course in the world would have let me go alone or would have found a way to fit me in but the staff here is unprofessional, uneducated and not at all representative of the reputation this golf course has. I would skip this golf course and go to royal palm.

The hotel is very clean and the staff very courteous and professional.However the only restaurant in the club requires FORMAL DRESS CODE even at breakfast time. This destroys the entire comfortable and relaxing aspect of this otherwise very nice place.Normally whenever there is formal dress code requirement, there is a second restaurant available without this requirement. And breakfast time almost never has this requirement.Ive traveled the world but have never seen this.So, I strongly advise the management to remove this formal dress code requirement.

Scenic beauty and calmness

Good view if you have the 2 Kanal corner house. Thats where I went so really enjoyed the view. But overall the society is deserted and the quality of construction is bad. Over priced and deserted society. Houses are full of sepage. Much better to get a house in phase 6 as construction quality is much better.

The swimming pool is very well maintaned, there are multiple change rooms, large lockers, Shower rooms there is steam room and Suana room. There is card room, pool table, table tennis, Squash courts, Tennis, Gymnasium. All facilities are great. There are prayer rooms for gents and ladies too. Cinema is good.

A place with multiple facilities. Though only members are allowed to avail these facilities but guests of these members can make use of them. Quality of food is outstanding with good services. Interior decor is remarkable. A must visit place.

If you arent Pakistani, they may not let you in as they require local IDs, bemindful when booking!!! Its phase six defence, so its about 20 minutes to gulberg, airport is about 15 minutes away. The staff is courtesy and professional. Had booked two twin beds, they are more like single beds, they amended this with a free mattress for the floor. The AC randomly shut off in the night and was told one room controls 5 rooms acs which was confusing, but it was quickly fixed. They have a strict dress code, for areas as well as for breakfast, so bemindful. The breakfast was 10/10 and service was exceptional.
