Dont trust being an online customer to them, it was a nightmare getting our furniture from this company, you have to face a series of lies, uncultured dealing, aggressiveness and shouting on top of their voice. They dont stick to the time frame given, and try to cheat you on wood as well. If it was possible I wouldnt even give a single star to them.Answer to their response * Theres another lie down there in their answer, who gives 13 cushions with a 3+2+1 sofa set? , so we were given 6 but they were to be embroidered and we are given plain and they said we will get them embroidered after Eid, Ive checked with them after a long time and this is what Im getting in response. And glass tops I just checked with them before the feedback that they were to be arranged at a later stage, they have made the furniture so they know the shape and size, the company will definitely be piad for them as we did earlier for all the furniture before picking it up.I paid the money in advance as soon as Salik asked for it and as much as he asked for. I have a record of all the receipts I paid for.I have given my honest review and exersized my right as a customer.Ive blocked them as Im being abused after my feedback. Ive all the screen shots and recordings of my correspondence with them for just in case.

Worst dealing and service and never pick up phone. wood is not up to mark and use white wood but tells that its tali. they take advance and then deliver goods at last minute so that customer cant complain and had to accept items due to time shortage. there is no zero rating which they deserve.
