The food quality was so good . Optp has the best fries . I love them .

This is a typically sized OPTP branch. Excellent location. Food is OPTP standard. Their totally unknown speciality is their quesadilla! Very, very strongly recommended. I havent had such awesome quesadillas even in Mexico! Service is okay. Overall, OPTP has really improved themselves. For that they totally deserve our support and appreciation. Instead of McDonalds, try OPTP. Its cheaper and better!

Reasonable pricing and overall pretty good especially improved since the last time I was there.

Optp was famous for their speciality in fries but its no longer the case. We recieved normal fries like any other ones you can buy from any fast food and upon asking they had no clue. customer service was extremely slow and most importantly no masks and sanitizer to offer to the customers or even protect themselves during this covid19 pandemic. OPTP needs to improve safety for his customers , employees and ensure consistency of speciality in fries

My experience was good and also loved the shot gun burgerTheir quisadilla Is so delicious but quite small in sizeI would suggest them to enlarge the size of itIt was great experience indeed!

Burgers are good but they have the worst dry soggy French fries in whole of Lahore ,

Great and unique tasteBut u must tell your customer who visit for the first time the diff between gmc and zing and the cheese you use of orange colour ewww.

Lovely place for a little snack and meet up

First time visit and Its good experience...but need to improve soft drink style... means its should be in good quality glasses like KFC.. in primum deal need to add chicken pcs instead of wings...

Very bad experience , i ordered family deal and instructions for half cut, sprite with Gillas ,one burger with out mayonnaise, but when order dilevered me in my car , burgers not cut in two pieces, drink was cola and no Gillas for drinks. And yes i ordered masala fries but fries was plain.

Its a very small branch so dont expect a comfortable sitting area. Makes it hard to even place order on the counter. The food was good and fresh. No issues with it.

Excellent Food point and good parking area

Had to change the order after it was confirmed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Taste was as usual OPTP good.

The last burger i ate from here was shot gun and that was over spicy and acidic like a poor quality sauce.

Poor quality food with very poor service. I ordered from them recently and got cold stale fries fried in black oil which were looking Delivered late. They need to improve their food if they want to compete with multinational fastfood chain.

Waiter is annoying af. Last time I had their burgers it upset my stomach and also made my wife sick. And the burgers werent cheap.

Absolutely disappointed by their burgers. Ordered the premium chicken burger, it was an absolute waste of money. No taste of the chicken patty, felt like I was eating a K & N patty.
