Their Pakistani tiles are fraud and bad! Do not use them. I used more than 1 million rupees worth of tiles from them and they were of different sizes, they sell commercial tiles of uneven size and water seeps through them, leaving white spots. Go to any Master tiles outlet they are much much better than Al Raheem and Pakistan tiles. If some tiles are not used they dont accept returns even if the boxes are packed. They lie while selling that they will accept returns. When you go to return broken tiles which came broken they say dont open the box if you want to return, how would anyone know if it is broken or not if the box is packed. Dont waste your hard earned money on bad quality stuff. Not recommended at all.

I bought Pakistan Tiles from them. Mr. Farooq who has been the best salesman of the year has dealt me. He has sent me wrong combinations of tiles even after spending 3 hours on planning and drafting with me. Im surprised why he did that. All 6 washrooms have been missing the combination of tiles they have displayed. I feel scammed. The quality of tiles are super poor and 30% of tiles are broken. I have paid them 6k of carriage and when I asked them to replace they ask me to take all the tiles back and give 3-4 days for the new tiles. Im at a stage where I cannot go back.It was a waste of money, time and compromise on the dream of building your first home.Horrible experience! I would recommend that you would check shops onCollege road instead of Ferozepur Road. They are fancy thugs.

Tiles are irrationally expensive, u can buy the same stuff with huge savings from other shops. Mostly delievers b pair tiles which are sub standard
