In their starting time they were used branded and standard ingredients for their products. But now they put their standard low and using low quality ingredients specially using a low quality frying oil by compromising the health issues. Previously they were used seasons oil for frying but now i saw a local brand oil they are using. So disappointed.Breading of chicken not much crispy and became chewed condition.I think they should consider their old standards and maintain them for their consistency of taste.

Customer is the backbone of business. There is still a lot of improvement required in their customer services. Staff must be trained well to talk softly with the customers. Taste comes after that.

I don’t know about the taste because order was never delivered. The representative talks in rude behaviour and disrespectful to the customer if it comes to deliver food in time. No food is better after guests has gone, so I won’t recommend to order a home delivery if you got some guests at home.
