It was good. I think they re heated the chicken piece in . Also due to covid only take away was available. So I couldnt get the whole KFC experience.Overall it was good

Due to its location.... Always a busy road of Lahore, the turn out of people is less, secondly parking problem, while we were having tasty food, the renovation work was on, with loud voice of drill machine, thus making clients very uncomfortable. This type of suggestion should be looked into. We you all the best.

The service is very bad. I tried to make a payment with my debit card and they said there was a problem with my debit card. Meanwhile I got my money from ATM, there was no problem occourd. And they say they have no issue with their machine but there is issue in my card the reason was that I had 10% discount on payment from debit card which they didnt want to give

International food chain facility as all you know but on G.T road near baghbanpura it is the only one. so whenever you travel on G.T road towards wahga border must stop here to have good lunch or fast food.

This is a good place for fast food. They offer a lot of deals which you can enjoy even if you have lack of money. Moreover, they have many other things to eat. They have separate place where you can keep your children to play and not to tease you.

Taste is good. Ambiance is good. But the number of staff is less as there is only one lady on the counter to take orders and to serve them. Which takes too much time for serving order.Washrooms must be neat n clean.

Bilkul Thanda burger and garam pepsi and fries were cold and hard like its been at lest hours since it is sitting on the shelf and this is when i open the box in my car right after receiving it outside the branch, this branch needs to raise its freshness standards.

This branch has the worst service ive seen. All the other branches give their costumers the best service possible but this particular branch has no clue how to deal with their costumers. I had ordered online. And no conformation was provided. I called then more than 3 times,Everytime the had the same reply. Your order is on its way. After an hour of me waiting for my food. They call me saying its going to take another hour or so. Is this how you deal with your costumers. Making them wait for 2 hours just for a burger they ordered. You should have started with it saying its going to take about 2 hours so i could have ordered from somewhere else. I would have given you a ZERO star but unfortunately its not allowed to. Youve just lost a customer cuz i aint ever ordering from your branch again.
