Totally mess on call they said gold bar is available also give rates nd when after 10mints i reached they said no bar is available we only have one bar nd its sold out

Very rude staff. 1 year ago i brought Gold worth 600 thousand and i got value back points in my loyalty card. week ago i went there for redeem my points and they are very rude to and even they didnt give me receipt of my purchase which i redeemed my point for sliver jewlery. will Never purchase anything in future.

Well located in the Siddiq center at the junction of jail road and Gulberg. Parking is not an issue most of the time. ARY is a good, reliable brand.They never bother you when you are selling back. Good Variety and reliable rates.

I have personally visited their Siddiq Trade Center outlet. Customer truly has no value.If you wish to sell your Gold purchased other than ARY Gold (Including overseas Gold); You will be flatly refused and you will leave with a insulted feeling.I saw a customer who purchased Gold from them and he was not escorted nor he was given a privilege to deposit cash on his behalf at payment counter. ARY jewellers seems playing something fishy.They were not issuing the invoice for the gold bars, I intended to buy.How illogical...It seems they are hiding their gold stock and selling without record i.e. smuggled gold.Authorities should take notice.

Very stupid and unprofessional attitude. I went to the shop at peak time and they didnt have the gold rates of that day. They were out of gold and also they were not giving any invoice on sales. Not going there again

******POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*****Your customer service at Lahore outlet is very unsatisfactory. The customer relationship managers sitting inside the outlet seems not willing to provide information to the customers satisfaction & dont shows welcoming attitude. I am really disappointed to visit the outlet & have changed my mind to buy from here....and many others have the same remarks regarding the customer assistance at the outlet. Anyhow, the information counter for Sahulat Cards shows satisfactory customer dealing. Please advise your team to modify their dealing behavior towards customers.....learn to value customers so to keep them loyal towards the brand. No one like to buy from the place where they cant have easy access to required as well as some additional information.
