It was amaizing Experience.. So Surprised the staff was very discreet supportive and cooperative and much easier examined process was and Clean environment as well. There was plenty of space in Sitting Area and parking place.Mature Managemnet, medical staff security staff Overall i observe Qualified crew was hired there. I came back with self respect and dignity.

Ill behaved staff and Doctors. My mother went there today for her eye checkup (08-09-2020). Doctor Rehan diagnosed cataract in her right eye and just wrote it on the slip in illigible hand writing and did not consult the patient about her disease.Upon asking, he insulted my mother. My mother being diabetic and heart patient, just listened to her quietly and went out. Upon getting out, the staff guy kept on asking us to get the operation date but did not mention whats wrong with the patient. When my brother asked him about why we should take the date the staff guy became loud and started shouting. Then, A person sitting nearby read the slip and explained it to us.Later on in the evening, i consulted another opthalmologist who told me that Doctor Rehan didnt even check or mentioned my mothers right eye retina as she is a diabetic patient so her right retina has to be checked as well. If this sort of incomplete and ill behaved consultation i am getting after wait of 4 hours then please donot put the burden on a reputable organization like Mughal Steels by claiming Sab Acha Hai, they must be shown the reality how doctors here are fullfilling their duties irresponsibly. Indeed, it is has a very good hygenic building but incompetent staff is a black spot on this hospital.

Best services and intime checkup.I seen doctors and other staff even clerical and peons are working great, cnt believe its govt. hospital.Keep it up.Environment was clesn and peons were serving patients with cold water and its all free.Parking is bit problem but its part of city traffic culture.

All facilities regarding eyes, liver, dental problems are available here. The administration of the hospital take good care of patients without any hefty charges.

No doubt the doctors are professionals But lower staff is very horrible. Because it is trust hospital. Every one gose there, and lot of peoples are treat like a animal. The security guards and some nurses are really some rotten to their core. They should be replace immediately.Bottem line I am not scaring people. It is great place for low income families, and they should be treated as human beings.The trust hospitals and other institutions run by people by people money.The management should be more caring especially in medical field.

Not as nice as some comments are passed. One of my colleagues had been wounded through a construction-iron-rod directly hit in his eye. He went there.....they wasted his 4 valuable hours and in last Doctors said that an operation is urgently required. He asked to operate him....but they told that his operation can be done after 1 MONTH & if he want it urgently then have to go at Jinnah Hospital..!! So inhumane, cruel and disgusting behaviour by so called a Trust Hospital for poor persons. He then went to a private eye center and they promptly & thoroughly checked him & then operated in just 45,000/- on need basis.

One of the worst experience. Don’t come in there fraud of free check up. After the free check their main game starts very rude staff and nobody knows when the hospital is going to close. Some staff members was saying 2:30 and other says 1:00. On short don’t go there specially if you are from out of city.
