No professionalism....appointment given to us was at 6:00PM and we were standing outside the clinic from 5:49PM to 6:15PM the clinic was not even open till 6:15PMAfterwards when the receptionist guy came on his bike, opened the clinic, we sat inside and waited for 1 whole hour the doctor didnt even come until 6:53PM while our appointment was at 6:00PMVery disappointed with such an un professional practise.
