Extremly poor service management and ambiance......today at an event my cell phone was stolen during the event which could easily have been recovered if the cctv camera angled exactly towards my table was working infact if any of them were working the management and the staff showed zero intrest to the theft ! at first the manager said oh sure you may check but then when we insisted to watch the footage he said oh sorry the camers dont work !!!!! part of me thinks it was the staff providing the service for which the manager was covering up !!! disgusted by the lack of compitance and failure to provide decent service ! if i could i wouldve give a zeo for the stars !!!!!

Best place for marriage functions.Just attended a wedding at the castle. The serving standard great.very good experience.

As I have seen and read the review as mentioned below by Ms. Mahrukh philistine , my response with due regret that this is one big unfortunate in Pakistan, there are no professionalism even though rates are more than the other parts of the World.

The arrangements was good, food was awesome, serving excellent, decoration high class... Overall we lucky to have our function at Taj mahal ️
