A place with Royal looks and royal peace with much hospitality and manners. Really a great point to deal with the events likewise

It was really a better place for family functions. Arrangements of all things are absolutely remarkable. Staff is well trained and too cooperative. Some expensive but it deserve.

Booked this place for wedding. No doubt it is one of the nice looking places in Lahore and prices are above average per person. However, theres no focus customer relation / customer service and how to deal client. If you are looking to book this place i will strongly recommend you whatever is decided to be written down as management either have short term memory or just keen regarding finances rather than customer building. Its honestly disheartening that even though people look religious but dont know how to treat other humans.

Asslam O Alaikum,Management / Team,Qasar-e-Noor.It was very pathetic services which I had seen on 28th Dec-19. It was Barat function.I had attended so many functions.But never seen issues like this event.I had seen lot of empty chairs.Management fail to deliver welcome services, like no soup serve to guests and when dinner started, no plates , no water glass were available.I had seen lot of peoples went back without food.Me & my family also took dinner after function closing from outside.Poor & pathetic service.Now friends I requested to all of you & convey my message to all, do not booked this hall for family functionsThey are just making money after showing them dacoration. But not delivering any services

Very Disappointed with the service and food provided by the Qasar E Noor chain of Banquet Halls (Opp RA Bazar). The pomp and show of building and halls wont be able to get enough customers when you totally fail in providing good meal and good service. Choosing this chain was a big mistake and the disaster being they even didnt fulfilled the requirement of crockery of the said guests which lead to a dismay after paying a hell of sum to the management. I totally un-recommend this chain and advise all to avoid them to face the embarrassment I & my family have gone through in our Barat Event. Hell of dishonesty and non professional behavior.Event dated 28th December Night ( Management do remember the crisis they created that day)
