Very bad experience. Recently purchased Orient 1.5 ton inverter Mega 2020 model in the month of June. Since its installation 4 official complaints have been lodged to company regarding its performance and malfunctioning of parts. Two kits have been replaced till date (compressor & display) and just two days before unit has been sent to companys workshop as the heat function of inverter is not working and now they are going to change the respective part.However I have been already using 3 models of orient inverter in my house for the last 4 years but this time purchase from this shop has been a very bad experience for me.
