Once it was very popular when dealing with Mitsubishi products only. Price was reasonable the service was good in nominal charges. Now their Orint Brand feed back is poor and too much expensive with non professional behaviour I have to wait for six month for my new inverter small AC kit which I got through some personal link otherwise they made it impossible by saying the nonsense all the time that it is out of stock and not sure when it will be a available.Their lightening products are also not upto the mark but expensive with too much in price difference from shop to shop. Haier products are very much better when compared with a original Chinese brand.

Poor service, one of the worst in city....my tv (bought in Nov 2016) has some problem....they flatley refused to entertain by pretending...that these parts are with service center even not available with company and asked me go a private tv repair center....who charged me heavy and repaired tv.I would advise not to buy orient product due to poor quality and pathetic after sale service
