While the staff is attentive and very helpful, LG as a company does not take this market seriously. Most of the products especially TVs are outdated models from yesteryears. The showroom itself does not showcase the models they do have and keep saying that such and such model is in the stockroom and youll have to pay for it to be transported to the shop before you can check and buy.Also LG doesnt take their warranties seriously. I had to send them legal notices for not honoring a warranty.Given all that, however, LGs TVs (if they function properly) are the best in the market.
