Lousy service no improvement they dont bother to answer the phone the customer care in charge should be sacked immediately

Performance of LESCO is very poor. Its operations are non-transparent. The organization has a highly discriminatory attitude towards its clients belonging to different strata of society. Consumers of electricity in poor areas with little influence are slapped with exorbitant/ inflated bills to recover the losses incurred by the organization due to theft of electricity by influential/favored people. Its staff is highly politicized, corrupt and totally undisciplined. Its staff has a rude, client hostile attitude. A visit to any LESCO office will reveal the utter disorganization prevailing there. Executive Engineers and Sub divisional officers are either sitting in their offices scared of insolent lower staff or are altogether absent. The walls of offices and grid stations are littered with threatening slogans written against the senior officers. One wonders whether Government has deliberately created this situation or is totally helpless in changing it. In short, LESCO distributes less electricity and more misery to poor people of Lahore.
