You have to work really hard to get a 1 star.1st while you are waiting for the doc their female rep comes and asks for personal details like contact info etc.after refusing repeatedly on multiple visits she still asks you every time.Then they just started giving you non woowen bags instead of plastic bags.which is still plastic just another form of it.In the end when you see the bill you will get a surprise that you actually paid for the bag.
