Dr Javaid Iqbal, Endocrinologist, is a nice person/doctor but came 45 mins late. Gives more than required time to each patient which makes waiting time longer for others.Here is what should be done:- Hospital management should make sure the punctuality of doctors if otherwise any emergency.- Doctor should not give more than 10 mins to each patient, max twelve. He/she should be provided with digital timer.- Doctor should have the copies of patients receipts so they know whose turn is next.- Assisstants should not call their loved ones before their turns. Call them only when there is their turn.- Doctors should not use mobile phones while checking patients untill any emergency cauz if they do, patients think, at that time something is more important than them.

Doctors are more than cruel , they just need money , they convert a normal delivery to c - section , behaviour of operation theatre staff was harassing , my experience is with dr atiqa muzammil and her assistant dr sara . During stay in hospital i observed a lot of lies by these doctors to cover their inhuman behaviour , but on the other hand nurses and lower staff was good . My Father has been admitted to Fatima Memorial Hospital under Dr. Bushra several times in the past. Since he has been affiliated with Dr. Bushra for ages therefore he wasnt willing to be transfered anywhere else. He was admitted in Block 5 Semi Private Rooms and the staff there was very helpful however, I will only give them 2 stars. What the reason ? 1. Hospital Management 2. Cleanliness,We have been shifted there for 14 days and I have told them consistently that the washrooms are so dirty and almost unusable. They did not take my complaint into notice. I forwarded that to hospital management and they have been saying that they will do something about it but nothing gets done. The Admission office takes about 5 hours to discharge a patient and 30 mins to make invoices. In this digital day and age they are running systems through manual files and signatures. Technologically they are decades behind international facilities. All in all it was a below par experience and I will never recommend any of my relatives to go there for treatment due to lack of hygiene/technology/quality service/cleanliness Etc.The good thing is that the doctors are highly qualified and they know there stuff. Every thing else is below par and poor. Hopefully hospital management takes a notice of this and finally takes an action.

It was considered one of the best Gynecology hospital in Lahore but has been reported to be extremely expensive for private patients. It has cure facilities for almost every type of disease and illness with a medical training college adjacent to it with its owned laboratory, results to which can be accessed through their official website. It has numerous known labs along with medical pharmacies and Shadman commercial market at a walking distance where you can buy food of any type at almost any time of hour.

My experience was really very bad. I was crying in the last for sake of Discharge from hospital. First of all, I went there for DNC. All the staff misguided us. Documentation process was too long. Then their behaviour was also too rude included nurses, Dr and other staff. Medical students were treating patients in labour room and the Dr we hire was invisible. All the nurses and medical students have immature behave. They were eating or enjoying tea there. Sometimes there was no nurse or medical student in whole labour room. i was again and again went to the counter and ask for my treatment. In 7 hour they only give me my ultrasound report and when i said to them that im going to complaint room the nurse stoped me and started my drip. She said me to sleep after completion of drip And then finally i decided to run away from there after clear my expense. And the bill was about 11 thousand. OMG. They take more 2 hour to discharge me. There was tears in my eyes. Allah.... ! Why Dr and nurses considered themselves as God ..

Not a recommendable hospital as they dont consider patients anything and always commit false with no one to bother any complaints. And are more concerned about commercialised prescriptions of some unique medicine that can only be found there.

One of the cleanest but most expensive hospitals of Lahore, which provides great care and services to its patients, especially the private ones, who are highly charged by the management.For less previliged persons, though general ward space and doctors service is free of cost yet they exploit the patients and families through excessive tests per day vosting around 10k to 20k and within a few days, the patient prefers either to quit or get the services of their free welfare society.Man has to quit the world empty-handed so he/she should earn good deeds and prayers instead of just filling his/her pockets.

My two kids were born in FMH but I will never recommend this hospital to anybody in this world. This is going to be a big mistake as they will prove too heavy on your pocket. I have got an progressive experienced here, have found cooperative staff and fast laboratory response, Free hospitality is so good for middle class and high class citizens because tests and medication facilities does matters for the middle class and low class citizens who earned under PKR: 30,000. They provide general and semi private and private medical cares with different catogories and charges. Poor patients are also treated. Services are good. Dont prefer emergency checkup as these are very costly and they even charge 200 only for injection service.

Worst hospital with worst service. Have visited many times they are totally poor in their administration and totally do their work in unhygienic way. Before that they gave full bottle to my nephew which was only 4 year old. At the end their sugar level got high and he was near to death and mayo hospital doctors were extremely Angry what She did . GOOD HOSPITAL BUT TEST CHARGES TOO MUCH HIGH

If you are not paying very expensive private facility charges consider yourself a lab rat in this hospital. No senior doctor will even touch you. Only interns and very young doctor will experiment with you. Now if you pay private charges they will extract even the last penny from your pocket and even then the care is very moderate and staff is highly untrained.

My father age 67 + went for dental checkup and some inexperienced doctor extracted two teeth without checking his bp and sugar levels or giving antibiotics prior to extraction. Both BP and sugar were extremely high. He also did not complete the stitch and left it loose after which my father had severe bleeding and lost a lot of blood. We even called the dentist and told him and he did not bother to followup. This is negligence on the hospitals part. Father is still recuperating and this happened on 7th of dec.

Heart broken news for us17 years young boy died of negligence , ignorance and mistakes of doctors. . There were symptoms of cancer . For confirmation that he was taken to Fatima memorial hospital (FMH) for biopsy. DR ASIM MALIK surgeon and DR KHALID UBAID (head of anesthesia ) gave him general anesthesia without informing his parents he collapsed after the anesthesia and got on ventilator for 20 days . He was continuously given sedition of presidex IG. The staff and doctors didnt pay attention towards the patient. Before giving anesthesia the patient was saying that he was unable to breathe when he lay down but the doctor didnt took his words seriously. .. DR ASIM MALIK said that surgery would take 20 to 25 minutes but it took 6 HOURS Due to that lack of oxygen In brain his whole body got effected and after 20 days he died... Labour room procedures are too bad. Admitted mother for labour in 39th week without any urgent reason. Artificially induced labor 39th week without clinical reason which is not recommended by any medical authority. Epidural charges are PKR 12000 in April 2017. Although the anesthesia doctor was good, however the nurses gave very little amount of epidural and mother felt a lot of pain even with epidural. Only front operations of hospital are good. Another problem is student doctors who handles major operations. Their shifts change frequently and so are their operating procedure.
