Halwa pori is great as well as there special halwa and lassi. But sitting arrangements for family is average. Price is reasonable as well.

Searching to explore the best halwa puri point in Lahore. Found Taj Mahal as a recommendation for its taste and authenticity. Visited Taj Mahal and ordered pureezz, chicken tikki, meetha purra and special halwa. It was worth visiting and trying it. The best item was jhoya halwa and chicken tikki. Chollay was normal and pureez were also ok.Enjoyed visiting historical area of Lahore. If you go with family then recommended to have your breakfast either in your car or at your bike as area is surrounded by tunnn people...

It’s the oldest Nashta place in Lahore and it’s rightly placed in androon behind the food street. Tried special Halwa with puri , Kachori , Channay and Lassi. Everything was rich in taste was yummilicious. The Halwa was the best things which had been topped khoya and dry fruits. Highly recommended for foodies. Definitely rate it as finger licking good

Excellent place for pure Lahori nashta/breakfast! Their Halwa Puri is really good and special Halwa is even better. I also tried Rasmalai and it was soft and extremely tasty. Cleanliness/ambiance is a problem though but thats how androon Lahore is supposed to be I guess :D Food quality matters more obviously!

Without doubt one of the best halwa puri i had in Lahore. Try to reach their early hours of the day. Their Chicken tikki was really special. Thier is a fake phajja next to Taj Mahal shop avoid them.

I hardly give four star to a halwai shop but they do serve one of the best Halwa Puri and chickpeas in town with one of their own speciality khowie Wala Halwa.. mind it its way heavy to digest.Puri are light and crisp and made of whole wheat grain and friend in pure Desi ghee. You can also have their chicken tikki or pura which is quite balanced in spices but to much oily.They have the great taste but they have to work on their sitting halls and cleanliness of the utensils they use to serve food.

I have been coming to this place to have breakfast from quite a long time. I used to live nearby before, but since I moved back a bit far from this place, I could not let go of the taste and aroma of the food they serve. The breakfast is great and the Khoye wala Halwa is a must to eat. Highly recommended.

My first experience was not good, however my second experience was just too good. First time, it was Sunday and the serving staff was too busy and the service quality was very poor. My second experience was on Saturday and this time I sat in front of their restaurant and they Puris were coming right from the fryer, the chickpea stew was also hot and so was the Halwa. I must say they have the best Khoya Halwa and their regular Halwa was also amazing. This time the service was really good and I really enjoyed. Overall a very good experience so I would recommend you to visit this place on weekdays or on Saturday ( avoid Sunday ) and you will love it.

We went at 3:30 pm so we didn’t have the option of having halwa puri. Instead, we had laddu, rass malai, gajar ka halwa and laddu. All items were excellent. Laddu was a bit too sweet and heavy for my liking. Overall it was a great experience. The owner was a bit arrogant as he refused our offer to interview him by saying “he’s not in the mood”

The place is of the oldest for Halwa Puri and sweets, the food was 8/10, the staff was super courteous and considerate. However the sitting area wasnt very clean, that needs improvements for sure.

Their Attay or whole wheat puris are definitely worth trying. Their special halwa and kachoris are also good. If you truly want to enjoy this place its best that you go there early morning, so that you can avoid the heavy traffic during commute and also at the place itself. They have a sitting area but then you can only find a place if youre early.

Best halwa pori, kachori is also very tasty. Special halwa with khoya and dry fruits is must. Very crowded on weekends so you might experience service delays and their seating arrangement are in the park right opposite their shop. Parking is also an issue sometimes.

Well folks, i heard a lot about it, but frankly my experience was not good, It is not a place for the families. After tasting their diesely samosas i had suffered from nausea and headache. Finally not recommended to visit by yourself, with families or guest.They should display some fidelity to the customers. Showing good pics of food on internet but in original their food items are falsified.The way they are advertising their sizzling food variety, it is totally the reversal of it.For example,2 samosa costing per plate Rs.50/- (Very bad oil used and flavorless)Gajar halwa half plate Rs.70/- (Again not of any quality, couldnt finish)Pura Rs.600/- per KG (Just fine)Dont visit if you want to spend a quality time.
