Eating Kulfa from here since 25 years and have tried a few others in this past time but they have the best recipe and A+ ingredients. Must have and my all time favourite recommendation.

I am not a great fan of Kulfa. Kulfa is sort of an ice cream made of thickened milk etc. Benazir Kulfa is supposedly a Lahori delicacy. It used to be served as a dessert of choice on large functions but it seems to be losing its touch as more & better varieties of desserts are being introduced.

Actually, these days typhoid fever has become an epidemic in Lahore. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid open milk and milk products. It is comparatively safe to have them in winters when salmonella typhi the culprit microorganism becomes dormant.
