I came here in emergency the doctor on duty gave clean bill of health and I waited for specialist then he told me that I have a fracture and need surgery. I got stick here for operation due this place near to my house the specialist doctor was good. But this building is worse see a look at theres general ward they are charging very high prices. Some doctors are very good but it a gamble which doctors you find when you come here

Worst hospital in Lahore. They killed a stable patient who came with the leg pain and went home dead due to irresponsible cruel inhuman and apathetic behaviour of doctors and paramedics. They are butchers more then the doctors (so called doctors). They even dont what to do on which time. Ill never recommend this hospital sheikh Zayed hospital is way better than this thanks.

1 star is also a disgrace the way they are... They treat you like animals and main motto behind everything is making money even if someone is helping you; expect that it must be becuase they want money.Receptionists are con artists they trick patients families into paying extra with the help of nursing staff and overcharge you. i caught them red handidly and asked them to show the paperwork of the charges they were asking to pay and they were out of answers once they showed me the payment structure for using the emergency ward for 5 hours hence, saved myself from this trick but beware my brothers and sister.My father passed away that night just so you guys know.Total Rip off and con artists specially the guy with mustache on the reception in his 30s i guess.

It is a good medical center with many departments of medical treatment. General OPD is serving at very suitable rates. Consultants are also there separately. Staff is also very cooperative.

Terrible staff, booked appointment for AV Fistuala operation for 3 pm waited for 1 and half hour. Services are just as bad as a government hospital.I was about to leave and asked for a a refund when luckily the prior patient called in to cancel their appointment, so I didnt have to wait for another 2 hours.And the receptionist lacks the etiquette and professionalism, my father was tired of waiting on the wheel chair in the hall way, since he is really old , so he started complaining loudly after which the receptionist finally had the courtesy to listen to us. Shame on these people. Sorry these people are beizzati proof. I take that back.

The worst hospital in townOnce it was good but now a days its not up to the markI came this place after one and half year my sister is admitHalf of the rooms A.C is not working... i came here 7pm... and till 11pm there was no doctor...I paid 6000 rs for room. N the room was without fridge... doctor only visit once in a day n thats about it...In simple words... dont visit this place its just a waste of time n money

Average hospital of Lahore, not so good for treatment. You should only came here if you dont have another option or you are in an emergency, then you came here. And it is your destiny that you will go home with the help of your body. Really a bad experience.

One of the worst pvt hospital ever. Literally poor service . Pathetic system of dealing with patient. Doctors are least concerned about patients. Support staff just akin to those of Govt hospitals. It took 3.5 hrs for consultation of a single dr. and one echography test. Charges are extremely high if compared with services. Highly non recommended specially with respect to time..

Called reception to get some information about physiotherapy department, receptionist closed the phone with out giving complete info. When I called again and asked why she closed the phone without giving complete info. I was told that the call has time limit and closes automatically. How come ? They think people are goof. Reception of any organisation tells what is going on inside. Very pathetic attitude.

Visit this hospital only if you want to consult with the doctor who is not available in another hospital, because consultants and professors are good. Dont ever go for any treatment in which admission is needed like any surgery , pathetic nursing staff , pathetic building, and worse management. Too costly as per value of money. 90% chances they will be wrong diagnosis and you will be needing to go to a different hospital. This puts the patients in deeper trouble because you waste a lot of time over there. I have being a victim twice. They gave me the wrong injection and then referred me to Punjab Institute of Cardiology
